I've have known Neal for several years from my side of the business equation. There are 20 mattress stores within 10 miles of our home and when it came time to replace a mattress, Neal was the first to come to mind. I tend to like to ask questions and each one was answered based upon his experience. We narrowed it down to two choices and the choice was either firm or plush. I've always went plush... Neal actually suggested the firm and explained to me why. We drove 25+ miles to Cornelius, as soon as we sat on the beds... Neal was 100% correct.. the firm was the bedding choice. Never having a hybrid mattress prior... we were explained thoroughly the differences. My point being... by Neal going above and beyond typical retail chain places where hourly employees don't listen to your needs and go off mainly price points.. he took the time and gave us his opinion... glad I listened.. the Sealy Hybrid is by far the most comfortable mattress I have yet to own. The delivery guys were awesome as well, prompt, friendly and actually chatted a bit which set up a cool experience. I am in sales and the overall buying was such a refreshing change. Thanks Neal and the Mattress Express crew!! Kiddos

Can’t tell you how happy we are we found Neal and mattress express. Buying a mattress is so hard. Neal made any stress go away. He was great at simply showing us the products and then letting us decide. He NEVER was pushy and always said “whatever YOU want”. He wasn’t there to make a “sale” just to sell something. He wanted to make sure that we were happy and got what we wanted. Well, needlessness to say, we purchased 4 mattresses from him, pillows. I can honestly say that the products are from very inexpensive to high end. I furthermore must say that after sleeping on the beds we purchased from Neal, that it’s the first time in over 10 years I haven’t woke up with a sore back, hips or dragging to get out of bed. I actually get a good nights rest now.Go to mattress express - you WONT be disappointed.Don’t go ANYWHERE else but here!!!!

First let me say this is a Diamond in the hiding. Selection is amazing. Absolutely great selection from low end to ultra high end. Quiet area. Great prices. The thing that turned us on to a solid "no brainer" was the fact that the owner, Neal Jackson, simply showed us options - gave us information on every item we asked - and NEVER pushed us to buy anything. He always said he will get us what WE wanted. He wasn't there to make a "sale" like other companies are. And to top it off, everything we purchased was locally made in NC. local company - local business. We ended up buying 4 beds from Neal and I cannot say anything less than GO SEE NEAL!! To give y'all an idea of his quality of merchandise - this is the first time in 10 years I have awoke to no back pain, no hip pain and an able to actually not drag in bed for 40 minutes before I get out. If I could give him 10 stars - I WOULD!! Go see Neal - you will thank me later!!
