Marzia went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our first home, and our dream home! We had short notice to find it as we were under a deadline to leave our rental, and we needed someone who was going to get the job done. Marzia over delivered, when we were doubtful something would be found that we liked she was able to find something off market through her network, get us in to see it same day and we had an accepted offer by the very next day!! It’s no wonder she is best-in-class in the Lake Norman area…we are so grateful to her and know anyone she works with next is lucky to have her expertise!!
