I must have pocket dialed a 4 star review because I don't recall leaving it and I'm changing to a 5 star review. I brought in a van that no one could fix back where we moved from and wow did they do a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle. I am not a mechanic but they went through every little detail to try and get this engine running right. We concluded after they looked through old receipts, etc that this is a lost cause and unless there is sentimental value, the project is not worth moving forward with. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to. Thanks again guys and I'll be back with an easier project!

Alternator unexpectedly died on me and I called them, they said they were booked which is expected but they still made it work. I was thinking it would be done after the 4th of July since they said they were booked but it was done in a couple days. A small mishap happened but he went above and beyond to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I'm from Texas I called this shop and spoke to TOM. since I'm miles away I need some1 to inspect a camaro for me I'm considering buying TOM SAID JUST tell HIM 2 BRING IT OVER every thing went awesome paid threw the phone smooth transaction THANKS TOM FOR THE INSPECTION.

I was recommended to try Lkn Auto Repair Shop a few weeks ago for brakes as my car was unsafe to drive due to being metal to metal almost. else for any major services on my car. Got my brakes done before the time expected. Tom and his team truly care about their customers. Very helpful, honest, and personable. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my car is safe to operate.

Fair, honest, and got the jobs done surprisingly quick! Didn't try to upsell with stuff you don't need. I'll definitely be taking Dora (my explorer?) there soon! Did an excellent job on the volvo!

I’ve been going here for almost eight years, and my family has been going here for even longer before me. Not once have I had a repair go wrong, or an unpleasant interaction with the owner or staff members. Every quote I have been given has been accurate, and if they happened to notice that something else was wrong with the vehicle, I was notified immediately. I’ve never been ripped off here and for as long as I live in the Carolinas I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here.
