went this evening to purchase a toilet along with a couple of items for the toilet. no other option but to go to the self checkout. Scanned items and paid . walked out of the store with receipt in hand an employee yells out to us that we did not pay . Accused us twice before I responded stating the receipt is in my hand . he stated the computer screen is showing pay now. I show him the receipt and he still proceeds to accuse I go in the store for him to show me the screen and he stated oh it is gone now . i told him that isn't the one that we used i asked for a supervisor and he then apologized and walked off. I had to go to customer service to get them to page . she offered to take some off for my treatment but said no I want to speak to manager . it took over 10 minutes for the manager to come up. not sure if it was the manager she only offered an apology.i returned everything and will cancel my card and never step back in there again .

Every employee here seems to be lacking brain cells. I am writing this as I stand next to two employees who are helping me "look" for an item that is in a locked case. I only got an employee to come over because I need to have the case unlocked to purchase the item. I have pointed out the item 3 times now and they will not heed what I am saying and keep scanning barcodes and tapping away on their computer thingys trying to find it.

This being our 4th Home Depot in 4 days, to say we were frustrated, is an understatement. We should have started here because this was by far the best customer service I have received from any business. Alex was wonderful at the customer service desk and had already pulled the item we called about. Owen at the paint desk was fantastic and made sure we were happy with our color. Excellent experience at this store!

Stopped at Home Depot to grab some winter storm essentials. Store was moderately full of people, but not overcrowded. A store associate asked me if I needed help with anything and I inquired about salt. Glad she did because they were one of the last stores that I found with salt in stock. Last one of two bags. Located in its own area with plenty of parking available. Store associates were very helpful and were ready to assist when called upon or even when customers are looking confused. LOL! Would definitely recommend taking a stop there if in the area!

Ordered curbside pick up of building materials online. Checked in and no one showed up with the items. Checked in a second time and tried calling after 30 minutes of waiting. No answer. Went inside and stood at customer service for 10 minutes. People who came after me got waited on before me. Was told to move from curbside pick up to under the canopy. 15 minutes later and no still no materials. My last trip to this HD.

Tried to order all new kitchen appliances at our local Lowe's. Even brought diagram and sizes that would fit. Gave it to a woman in the Appliance dept - (no criticism - as I am also female). Waited a month and never heard back from her. Went to Home Depot and ordered all four pieces at discounted prices. Had to wait a couple months for them to arrive but at least I have beautiful new appliances in my kitchen. P.S. still no word from the lady in Lowe's that I see regularly as Lowe's is sooo much closer to our home. Customer Service can be a hit-and-a-miss everywhere but a return phone call to order over $7k in appliances is a no-brained! I did most of the work researching what would fit.... Just plug the numbers into the computer!!!

Horrible experience. Stood at the paint counter for five or six minutes with no assistance to guys were standing there that worked at Home Depot didn't ask us what we needed one of the guys started to break down boxes instead of asking us what we needed. Finally I got tired of staying there and asked "can I get the some assistance please" before we could even finish explaining what we needed the white guy with a red birth on his said "we don't have it." My friend was like "yes you do" once the guy allowed us to finish explaining he went right to what we needed. But at that point I was over it and didn't want to buy anything.

This is not a review for the store but it's for Nick who works at the register in nursery section. We were slightly frustrated due to lack of help and wait time, however Nick was very accommodating and answered to all our questions with great attitude. This resulted in us leaving home depot with great experience. Thank you Nick!

Terrible experience at this particular Home Depot. ZERO customer service!! ZERO. I went in tonight looking for an electric kitchen range. I asked 2 other sales representatives if they could send someone back to the kitchen appliances area to help me. NO ONE showed up!! I had cash in hand to purchase a unit! I wanted them to take my money and they refused. No service, no sale!! Goodbye Home Depot on Statesville road. Never again will I shop there! I wish I could give them NO STARS!

I recently visited to rent one of their trucks. I got the flatbed for $19.95 that included 75 minutes. Extra time thereafter is assessed on top of the initial cost. You must leave a $150 deposit on your card that is credited upon return of the vehicle if there are no incidents. All rentals are first-come, first-served. The truck helped me with the job at hand and I had no issues driving it. While there, I picked up some blinds and garage hooks. I had to seek out assistance which wasn't an issue because there were few customers in the store around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. If you need a truck or van, try this location. You will want to plan early on a Saturday.

2 stars because I was on hold twice as long when I called Lowe's. I called to ask about getting a new garage door. I was told after being bounced around for close to 20 minutes that nobody can help me in windows and doors because they don't come in until 10AM. Why wouldn't anyone say that in the beginning? Horrible communication clearly.
