Bought a rechargeable vape, never charged. Had it for 2 days and they wouldn't exchange or give any refund. Wanted me to pay for an entire new product when theirs didn't ever work properly to begin with

I love this shop. I’ve been going here for years; but lately I’ve been very impressed with the customer service provided by Delilah. It’s often right before close but she always greets me with a smile on her face, and knows exactly how to help me find what I’m looking for in the friendliest of manners. She makes showing up a little later more comfortable and not awkward. I highly recommend this shop and wishes any who shops here the chance to work with Delilah.

It was my first time in the shop and Delilah was great and helped me find a couple mushroom products. They seem to have a good selection and I would definitely come back to buy more!

I asked for recommendations for a cartridge and a base battery for it. When I got home I found out that the cartridge was too big for the base. I went back to the store to try to return one or the other and they wouldn't refund either one because I "left the store with it". What a complete rip off. I will never go back here again

Jess is awesome, she's not only always polite and helpful but also very professional and has really made a difference in the store! I've never had a bad experience in there personally but I can definitely say things have improved a lot since Jess has been there! Everyone that works there seems to be doing a great job and has been very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend that High Life in Cornelius NC be your first stop when you have a need for one of their products! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Jess knew what I wanted before I could even decide and her customer service was incredible. Link said hello as soon as I walked in the store and they made the atmosphere very welcoming. Best employees I’ve ever seen at this location. Give ‘em a raise before I steal them.

Best Smoke Shop in North Carolina! Staff is super awesome and there’s a huge selection of things! Ever since Jess took over for Management the store has changed so much! It’s 10x better than it was last year! Stop by High Life today to meet some great people and get some great products!
