For the most, the staff are kind & helpful. We don't expect everyone to be helpful & kind. Life happens when we're home. Sometime days just don't go the way we're expecting. Going to work, some are good separating the off-day at home. Others are great at it and their attitudes help themselves and the customers. I've always said, 'it' runs down hill. If the manager can't leave the friction home & brings 'it' to work, it can be seen with the majority as well. I do my best to brighten those I cross path with.

The Starbucks Market always happy young lady's the manager katlin a sweetheart . The customer service team the best in town. Mr Kevin's smiling face. Congratulations . The two pharmacies the best in town. The manager of products delicate. the manager big the Deli Mrs Katherine a sweetheart a clean happy store to chop. All the Cashiers happy. My heart is felling joy a this Store. That's isjoy!!!♥️

For everyone who posted complaints on here I have a FYI for y'all Harris Teeter was sold to Kroger YES it's owned by Kroger now They bought the name as well Smart move since HT used to be a southern based company that grew out of Teeters in Mooresville NC and WT Harris from Charlotte NC The two merged to become Harris-Teeter At some point in time Ruddick Corp. bought out Harris Teeter That's who owned the chain when I worked for them 1985-1996 Corporate office located in Matthews NC Several warehouses from Indian Trail NC....Greensboro NC I had several friends still employed when Kroger bought HT from Ruddick Corp. SO your problems with low standard and not so good Customer service is most likely from Kroger hiring practices ? When I worked for HT well I helped Open the first HT on Torrence Chapel Rd Cornelius NC Store # 97 ....I saw them build an HT specifically for the Peninsula Community Standards were high WE had to give 110% to Customer Service It saddens me to see the reviews from folks especially the lady who shopped HT for 22 years ! Yes you have a right to EXPECT more Managers are to be top notch Sounds like they're not as scrutinizing about who they make Store managers now that it's owned by Kroger So there you have it IF you have enough shoppers that find it substandard Gather yourselves list your names and how long you shopped with HT then send it to Kroger ! Reason the name got bought was Kroger has not been very well received in parts of the South in the past ! Smooth move on their part Tricky too ? I want it known that Harris Teeter was a top notch grocery chain WE gave it all we had Ruddick decided to sell us off Fortunately I had already cashed in my stocks My friends got less than if they had done the same ! Just keep in mind when you shop in an HT it's really Kroger you are patronizing ! The Harris Teeter that had so many loyal customers that I remember some of them fondly is gone ! Kroger is calling the shots now So if not getting good service give them a holler ! Email Call Hotline # whatever you need to do I actually knew the Teeter family and met some of the Harris family Also Ruddick Board members .....Good people ! Why they sold out if that's how it happened IDK hate their good name is getting a bad rap

Today I was in the store and watched 2 upper management harass a women about checking out. While I was waiting for my wife, I noticed a nurse(African American/Mixed) women in the check out line. She was on the phone with someone and also reading a list. I’m going to assume she was shopping for someone else also. I heard her mention she was separating her items and had to ensure she received an extra receipt for something. She finished one order , and processed to scan the remaining items. Two management women swarmed around her and watched her scan every item. Now I do know, is she did scan everything and bagged it up properly. The management asked her numerous times if she needed help or if she scanned items. She nicely told them they’re separate orders and produced a receipt for them to show.. the lady did not leave her alone.. and at this point it was very obvious what was happening. The nurse was very polite and told her everything was scanned and proceeded to leave. The management then called more people up front to tell them about how the nurse tried stealing the entire cart.. this is uncalled for and I really wish I would’ve gotten the two women’s name and spoke to them. Everyone isn’t a thief and shouldn’t be treated like that. Whoever the older women with dress clothes on with her hair up in a clip & the you get tall middle length black hair that was checking produce and walking around where the nurse was NEEDS TO DO BETTER. I really hope this woman called about her experience
