not impressed when called to confirm doctor prescribed medication.....did not answer for 1/2 hour. then what was ordered was not in stock. This has happened a few times before so, once again, be changing my pharmacy.

They couldn't fill 2 prescriptions that are common and have always been easily filled anywhere else, even at tiny pharmacies. They said they were on back-order but didn't offer to order them and let me wait. They also don't take my insurance which is from a big-name insurance company. When I asked for help transferring the prescriptions they told me to call someone else. Then when I called back again afterward to ask for information to help me transfer it, they didn't even answer the phone. Why is there even a pharmacy here? Just close it down and turn it into a photo lab or literally anything else.

The woman's working on this pharmacy is rude i dont know if she's like to work with people or no so she need to find another job . To other better person to work with. In mean timeI leave this pharmacy on base on my experience .

I’ve had the same issues as everyone else. I keep switching back to this pharmacy because it’s a convenient location and I have the savings plan but I’m about to say screw it and leave. Nothing is ever in stock or ready.

I used this pharmacy for years but continuously had problems with getting my prescriptions refilled. It would take a book to tell you all the problems I faced with this pharmacy. They were always putting the blame on the doctor(s). Rather than address the problems head on they let the same issues happen over and over again and then got snippy when I complained. I tried to work with them but it was just not worth all the hassles. Now I go out of my way to a pharmacy but it is worth it to be rid of this group.

I’ve switched my prescriptions from this pharmacy because they simply take too long to fill prescriptions. Recently, I was treated EXTREMELY rudely by a staff member at this pharmacy, which resulted in a lot of inconvenience for no reason. I will never have another prescription filled here.

Hands down absolutely worse Pharmacy- this is only Harris Teeter Pharmacy that gives me any trouble. Trouble with prescriptions - again ONLY pharmacy that does this- they don’t want to help patients and I’m over it !! Never again

Absolutely the worst out there. You can call hours even days ahead and you will still wait. I don't think they have gotten my scripts correct once in a years time!

I got sub nd it costed $5 and its little and the iteams that were up there were old and nasty he cut my sandwich so small and only put a little bit of everything in it will never get a sub from there again this was my first there
