So upon arriving at the location I was greeted and given a warm welcome. The staff was both accommodating during pick-up and drop off. Although they didn’t have my vehicle they upgraded me into something that was nicer. I would definitely be coming back again for my rental needs

I have been lied to three times now in my experience with this location which is costing me over $80 more than it should have. I even had to go out of my way and replace my rental because of a mistake on their part. Then I was told I would be refunded $15 which is not enough by any means but it has been over a week and that also didn't get done.

Excellent place they were very polite and attentive and respectful I have nothing but great things to say about this location because am still waiting for an apology from the location in Huntersville I still have not received an email or call and it has been weeks nice car they were on time picking me up and no issues with my return fast and easy

I had a good experience with Enterprise after being in a car accident. But my man had a few issues renting a car after I did, trying to be reimbursed when he brought the car back. Also the 2nd car they let him use was so banged up, to me shouldn't be used for a rental.

Friendly people. Disgusting car. Not only was the windows sprayed and never wiped off but there was food in between the seats, dog hair and not to mention someone’s chewed fingernail in the door. That wasn’t my standard as a detailer and it shouldn’t be yours. On top of that, it needed an oil change and I had to add my own oil to it. Plus the key didn’t really work well.

Didn't honor the reservation made for rental. Would not trust this location as a valid option for rental car. Customer service skills definitely need some work too.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service. The manager is extremely rude and condescending. Be prepared for hidden/unexpected charges!

I never give 5 stars, because nobody should stop trying to improve their service, but I honestly have no complaints.Have rented two cars since June of last year. Have had no problems. Cars didn't stink inside and were clean all around. The people are friendly and appear to be happy to help. They show you where you can save money when options are available. Returns have taken no more than 5 minutes, just a quick check over and a thank you. Plan to rent again this summer. Thanks y'all!!

I think I am done with this location. I have rented from here a handful of times and the cars seem to be getting progressively worse. They are high mileage, dirty, poor running vehicles. Staff is fine, reservation process is fine, but their cars are not up to par.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! I would strongly advise NO ONE to use this location. Our reservation was cancelled 3hrs before pickup. I received a nonchalant call from an enterprise employee saying “I’m sorry but we do not have a vehicle for you to pick up today”. I was speechless initially!! On the very day our family is suppose to leave for a spring break trip that’s the call I received. I was also reassured someone at the manager level would “locate” a minivan for our family’s travel needs before 5pm. Adjustments made for checkin at the resort only to receive a call from an assistant manager at 5:45pm saying the ONLY minivan that was suppose to be available had tire issues. I definitely appreciate the consideration for safety but as large as ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL is, there’s no plan in place for situations such as this? Please don’t trust this establishment to ensure there will be a vehicle available for pickup when you need it. Totally inconsiderate and non caring

Three weeks ahead of time my insurance company reserved a full-size sedan. The enterprise representative called both me and my husband and confirmed the car rental appointment time at the body shop for 9 AM on March 29. When I arrived at the body shop, they called Enterprise to come pick me up. Not only was there not a car ready at the Cornelius branch, that facility did not have a car to give me at all and the rep had to drive me to a location that’s 20 minutes away in order to get a car. We arrive at that location and the only car available is a compact SUV. I agreed to pay extra above what the insurance company authorized not to have a compact car and here I sit in an “SUV” that is smaller than any Toyota Corolla I’ve ever driven. It took approximately an hour and half before I had the rental and was able to return to work. The experience with Enterprise, this location in particular, is always horrific with car availability. I do not understand how you confirm a reservation 3 weeks ahead twice and still they don’t have the car they reserved for you available. I would give 0 stars but the employee who helped me was apologetic and courteous- unfortunately a victim of the poor management and processes of Enterprise. Save yourself the hassle- go to Hertz in Cornelius where you will absolutely be in and out in the vehicle you reserved.

I’ve rented several times for more than 5 years renting various classes of cars and they all have been clean and with no issues. Since it is a neighborhood location there is sometimes a wait, but it’s worth it.
