Prepare yourself to wait in line in pick store hrs! Ever since this store got 2 self checkout registers, shift supervisors refuse to open the other 2 registers. At times only one of the 2 self checkout is functioning and they still have people on line pass beyond the corridor leading to checkouts. Why are they allowed to do this? We keep the store alive and we, customers generate their paychecks. Respect our time.

They charged me a miscellaneous $0.50 for no reason… she said it was for the card I paid for, but the card charge is already on there. So I guess I’m donating $0.50 to the dollar store?

If I could leave no stars I would. An old woman working here told me to put something back where I got it from when I decided it wasn’t what I wanted and put it down. I obliged her but will never shop here again. The store was completely disorderly in the first place with nothing having a specific spot so no need to tell customers to do her job that she apparently already wasn’t doing.

They raised all their prices and then took away the cashiers. Make your customers work, good business model.I won't be in ever again.

Rude employee at check out!!Just shopped here at the local Cornelius NC Dollar Tree. At check out I bypassed the busy self check-out to step next in line at the manned one. The checker seemed to be just mumbling something softly to a fellow ee next to her as I approached and waited for almost a minute as she was pulling out the cash drawer for some reason.After a while I asked “Are you not open?” After which she said “I already told you that I wasn’t!” I then replied (in a quiet voice) that “I never heard you say that”. She replied “But I did!” So then I got in line for self-check out.Now note that during our whole conversation she never looked up at me for eye contact to indicate she was ever actually talking to me instead of to the ee next to her, or even later as I continued to stand there!). THIS IS JUST PLAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!It didn’t help either that a different ee or friend of hers chimed in and told me that I shouldn’t talk to her like that!… In other words that in my soft, but more disappointed voice, that I shouldn’t have repeated “I didn’t hear you!” So I guess that the customer is always wrong at This Dollar Tree.Finally, I have to say that this whole conversation was unusual for me at this store. All other ee’s encounters have been nice before. This employee however showed no concern or respect for customers! She needs basic Customer Service training.

This store was not only a mess but they had taped up coolers, half stocked shelves, everything was very ransacked. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
