On their website it says disposable cameras after drop off will be ready within 7-10 days. I have gone in numerous times to check on the progress to see if they were ready for pick up, the bag I put my camera in was sitting in the same basket for over a week. I’m frustrated because before this I had only brought my cameras to Walgreens and they had it within the 2 weeks, typically before the 2 week mark. I’m highly disappointed with how disorganized the CVS on Catawba is. I called today at the 13 day mark hoping it would be ready and they have only just now sent it to Kodak for processing. The guy on the phone said they are suppose to send it in within a couple of days of drop off, yet it was sitting in that same basket for over a week. He also said it takes almost two weeks for them to get the cameras back from Kodak, saying it will take a month for me to get my photos. Why can Walgreens get theirs within 10 days but CVS can’t? CVS, you’re suppose to be a place of convenience.

I dont shop at places that dont have registers open. I dont work at CVS, i already have a job. Its just more coorporate greed. Walgredns from here on out.

When I moved from Statesville, I was dreading, leaving my cvs back at home. I had been with them since Revco! But they were soso polite here; one tech stood out about them all: cute, curly hair, aways a smile, and very helpful. I dealt with her the first few times, and I got to speak with the pharmacist that another reviewer was talking about. Mid hight strawberry to blood hair...TRACY! The first I spoke with her was Christmas Eve. she refused to refill a rx I had been taking for 25 years. Without her knowing one thing about my health, she was personally cutting my meds off herself!!! WOW! I was an RN and no one was to undercut a physicians orders without a meeting of all the higher upper, not RNs or Pharmacist. She was extremely rude, extremely. I asked since when she was my dr.?and to please tell me what she knows about my health. She gave me my rx after that. BTW it was 3 days late and not no opiates!! Everyone else I've dealt with has been rude except the tech I wrote about earlier. I can't say if I have met any other pharmacist; if so, no impression was made. I've had the door of the pharmacy window shut on me, while asking questions, by this Tracy. I've written CVS and changed to Publix!Tracy needs to work some else besides with living beings. The helpful smiling young tech, never let your job make you constantly angry, especially with th sick. Your smile made my day plenty of time. Don't ever stop smiling, especially to those sick. I would give you a five-star girl! But you and you alone would get them.Tracy needs to consider working somewhere besides living creatures!!

They have 2 regular pharmacist they are really nice but they sometimes have a Lady relieve pharmacist that is down right evil very rude hateful always running her mouth about how bad CVS IS BLAH BLAH BLAH if you see her RUN . It’s not Lynn the lady pharmacist she is very sweet or the very Tall white guy he is also just as sweet as they come . This lady has short red hair beware she is hateful

The staff at the pharmacy are unfriendly and don't show any appreciation for customers. Today I picked up medicine and had a manufacturer's coupon so the price needed to be adjusted. The lady walked away and never said anything to me. The pharmacist adjusted and helped me. The attitude in this location is terrible and I would love for the manager to reach out to me.

The pharmacy staff are totally and consistently unhelpful. I received an alert that the refill of my BP meds would be ready the next day. When I called to confirm that they were ready to pick up, I was told no sorry they were out of stock. Luckily, the store in Davidson was able to refill my prescription. I consistently get alerts on refills that I have informed the pharmacist by phone and in persuse. Their lackadaisical attitude is a bit scary. The drive through is a nightmare...important to have during a pandemic but horribly inefficient. The folks at the front register are a nice contrast...helpful and pleasant.
