I've been going to this circle K for 20 years!! only place I go, I know all the employees and they know me..... well my ID expired so I tried to reach out to the dmv to get a new one but they were booked so i did it online a week ago and they sent me a temporary driving certificate electronically to use as ID for now untill the hard copy comes in.... went to get some alcohol like I have there for years from the same lady, I have my hard copy ID in my hand that just expired and I had my temporary driving certificate showing I'm over 21 (which they know) so i have a photo ID and a valid driving certificate cmon.... and she decided to not sell it to me this time..... after years and years of loyalty. That's It for me, when you know me personally and have sold to me for years and there has even been times I didn't even have any ID on me and they just asked for my birthday and sold it to me. safe to say I'm now a QT loyalist untill they do me wrong. Won't be back here, and it's sad

My experience at this Circle K location was completely disappointing, compared to the other locations in which I have had many great experiences at. All the other employees at this Circle K are great, besides the the young white employee with long hair and a beard. I have had 2 direct run ins with him so far, and my 1st experience was sometime in the summer, and he absolutely refused to honour Circle K's Sip and Save renewal policy, as he told me that "We do not do that here," even though it stated specifically outside of the building that this Circle K honours the SIP AND SAVE. Not to mention that I am also an Inner Rewards Circle K member, and he did not even honour that either, even though it specifically stated it on the REGISTER'S DISPLAY SCREEN. Once I discussed this with him and pointed it out, HE STILL REFUSED TO HONOUR IT! With my experience today, I unfortunately had to deal with him again, as no other employee was present, and once again he completely refused to honour my Inner Circle K Rewards and whispered that "If it doesn't scan, then it won't go through," and stated this everytime when I pointed out the policies and compared this to the other times in which I dealt with other employees. He did not even attempt to scan my item or ring it up, but instead relied on the automatic register to do so. I am VERY upset at Circle K for even tolerating an employee like this who doesn't even honour his company's policies, or rewards members. I also wanted to mention that he is completely useless at his job as a cashier, as the manual register is always closed when he is working, but open when the other employees are working. Also today, the male restroom completely stank of urine as it was not cleaned at all. This employee does not know how to do his job, as he cannot manage a register, and instead relies on the automatic register, which does a much better job than him. I will not be attending this Circle K location as long as this employee still works here, he does not care about the customers, company policies, or doing his job!Edit: the employee's name was Kyle

I go there everyday and buy cigarettes but I'm wondering why Kyle is so rude to veterans and others it's getting worse he literally won't help and needs not to throw my ID again get rid of him

95% of the time when I come into the store, it’s after work. So that means that I come in later at night. And honestly, I will pass three gas stations just to get to this one hoping that Shannon is working. She is so sweet! She makes it a point to have a conversation with you, ask how your day was, or simply just to say hello. And truthfully, that means all the difference to me. The store is always clean and well taken care of… But she is the real reason that I keep coming back. In this world of savages that we all live in, we all need someone like Shannon, who is just always kind.

I have stopped at this location twice in the last few weeks. Neither one of the sinks in the ladies bathroom has running water. And since it's not been fixed since the first time I was here, I assume they have no intentions of fixing the sinks.

The guy with long hair, is arrogant, rude and he must be fired asap. all others are good and polite, he is disgrace of Circe K.Every time I go and buy cigarette, if I don't have ID I have problem with him. I'm 54 years old and I clearly don't look as 21. He knows me. I go at this store 3 times at least per day. He have something personal with me, or he don't have common sense. Worst Customer service ever.Sorry for you other guys you are awesome.

I got “helped” by this young white guy with long hair he asked for my ID which is normal but continued to snatch it out my fingers, and then not even hand it back just throws it on the counter and he’s always like this every single time I don’t think this is what represents this as a gas station just horrible customer service he needs to be fired

Worst customer service there ever was. The cashier wouldn't give me the deals displayed in the store. The long haired gentleman is not friendly to anyone nor will be helpful. I hope others aren't being treated this way. I'd rather just pay the extra money for gas at the BP down the street.

They sold us soft drinks that were not flat, they told us we would have to pay to dump it and try another soft drink. They should have given us a tiny cup to sample a couple things of drinks to see which ones were not carbonated properly. I will never to patronize this store again.

The clerk that works on Sunday evening is probably the worst that I’ve ever seen. My father in law is 76 years old and he didn’t sell him a bud just because he didn’t have his Id with him. Is just ridiculous.
