1/2 the time self checkout doesn’t work or you need an attendant to help or to verify items. Doesn’t make things convenient. Staff also makes it seem like you’re wrecking their life by showing up.

Never have receipt paper at the gas pumps. So I have to wait on line in the store for at least 10 minutes every time I gas up. Very inconvenient.

CARWASH CAUSED $2,400 damage to my car! I’ve been going to this fuel station and car was as my go-to spot near my house for almost 7 years. I’ve probably done 100 car washes in that time. Recently the car wash put so much pressure on the glass on my roof that it smashed it. The cost to replace this piece was not inexpensive. I promptly reported this damage and they opened a claims investigation. Ronnie was nice, but declined covering me because “there were no other incidents reported that day”. So I’m out almost $2,400.00. I’m not the suing type of person so I’ll not do anything from here, just be aware this is how they operate.

I've only been in this store like your four times I never have any food out the workers are so lazy they don't even have to catch people out they have a self scanner and they can't even put hot dogs out on the roller or any pizzas in the oven it's ridiculous

Came in to get gas and was greeted with attitude and had my change throw on the counter. Emily definitely needs to get her attitude in check while at work.The older women is also very rude and racist on multiple occasions when I enter the store she puts the close sign at her register until another associate helps me then magically she is available again.

This place has been so amazing to my 15 year old son. It's across the street to the gym he goes to and he frequently goes there for whatever work out supply he needs (coffee, water, ect..) and every single employee there has been so incredibly kind and helpful to him. The way they treat my son further encourages me to be a regular at this gas station. As far as the gas station itself goes, it's in a very easy in and out location, it's very safe, and well maintained. The gas is always a very good price as well. I just deeply appreciate how everyone treats and is exceptionally kind to a bored 15 year old who is just needing refreshments before/after gym time!!! This is so incredibly rare, so props to this place!!!

the lovely blonde girl at the counter just now was so sweet and intelligent, but there was an issue with the gas and everyone was so impatient/rude with her, even her own coworkers. i thought she was great, if i could tip her i would. ure working so hard girl, and ure doing such a great job!! keep it up! she was knowledgeable about the sales you have and was efficient with moving the line along. if i knew her name i would mention it! 10/10 service from her.

They haven't had hot food in weeks because they are understaffed. That's not really the fault of anyone working in the store, but I really wish they would at least put up a sign. I wouldn't even walk into a gas station that didn't have food
