This is not the service I was led to believe on the website. Seems like one guy, going around caulking showers and doesn't like to take any tough work. Good work if you can get it I guess.

There are lots of tile stores in the area. But this is a tile studio, with more unique, artistic tile than you will find anywhere else. And they have Carolina (pronounced Caroleena) ... who provides the BEST advice and customer service.

Carolina Tile & Stone is The Honey Do Service, Inc's preferred supplier for tile and tile supplies. They are friendly, professional, and full of helpful advice. They treat our customers with respect and I have never had any problems with orders, deliveries, or their willingness to "make things right" after the sale.

It's of course at the higher end compared to an average superstore tile shop, however, the selection is great. And very helpful and knowledgable team of people.
