Just sharing my experience. Terrible customer service. They damaged my brand new microwave and brand new kitchen cabinets while installing the backsplash. When I complained they said it was just part of the process. Was promised the inside edges of our bar which is fully visible from the living room would be polished to match tops only to be told after installation that the quartz I picked out could not be polished. I have emails confirming it would be polished. And finally they promise 7-10 day installation when in reality it took Over 2 months. This was not cheap for the quartz and marble but I feel it was a very poor job and would not recommend this company.

Stopped by this showroom and they have a wide selection of granite and cabinets. They replaced our cabinets on our lake house and they look amazing. Thanks guys, recommend them

Their cabinet selection is great. We chose the shaker white cabinets with the light grey quartz. Our bathroom vanity looks amazing!

Me and my husband are newlyweds. Our journey began in remodeling a home for ourselves. I wanted a white beautiful kitchen all my life and this company was able to provide that to me. Thank you to this company my dream came true. I received white cabinets with a granite countertop. The best kitchen ever! And best of all The prices were great and the customer service was beyond quality. Here is a before and after look!

Cabinet Connect of Charlotte was our choice in remodeling our kitchen. From the 1st contact until the job was completed, Andrew was right there with us, making little changes that we requested and giving us updates. He made suggestions based on his tremendous experience and built us the kitchen we had always dreamed of. Friends and family members cannot believe the design and features that he incorporated to make our kitchen a reality. He also saved us by handling the counter tops. Despite numerous design changes, he built our kitchen for exactly what he quoted. His quoted price was actually less than a semi-custom cabinet quote that we took AND less than the quote we got for pre-fab cabinets from the 2 big box stores. I would use him again in a heartbeat (and plan to when we re-do our bathroom).
