I LOVE Lake Norman Brow Lounge! I have been going to Jen for brow shaping and waxing for years. I moved to Charleston, SC 2.5 years a go and still only use this salon! I always come back to see them for service when I’m in town because I only trust her - she always does them perfect!

I’ve been going to Kelly at brow lounge for 3 years and she made my brows look the best they ever have! I didn’t even have to wear makeup to make them look good. Today I went in thinking I had an appointment with Kelly and she was not there. Jen did my brows and I will never go back there. All the hard work Kelly did was ruined. My shape is horrible and my brows are so far apart. I’m so unhappy and it will take months to get them back to the way they were.

Kelly is the best!!! She is phenomenal in all the work she does!! Waxing, brow and lash tint and my favorite, several different options for facials. Very relaxing atmosphere. Also really love the products that are used. Definitely my go to!!

Very unprofessional and lack of respect for people’s time. My original appointment was made two weeks ago and it was changed without notifying me and my 2nd appointment was cancelled within 3 hours of my scheduled time. This is after they texted and emailed me 4 times confirming. ZERO stars!

Jen is wonderful! She is always on-time, she gets you in and out quickly all while doing a great job. I have my brows shaped and tinted and she has always been spot on. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for great brows and wonderful service.

As a man, I am not the usual client for a waxing studio, but since I discovered nose waxing, I feel like a new man! Jenn makes me feel welcome and her professionalism gives me comfort as she applies her trade. I've gone to BrowLounge a few times now and each time I leave breathing easier with a clean nose. It's truly an instant impact and I will be a regular client going forward. Jenn and her team are top-notch and the space is warm and inviting, with soft music and soft lights surrounding you. Easy parking and their suite is the first one as you enter the building, so it's quick and easy access too.
