I have refrained from posting a negative review but the mgr Tammy is incredibly rude & abrasive at this BP. No customer service skills whatsoever. ? How is she even in a mgr position is beyond me!?! ?? We intentionally avoid this location but made an exception last week......huge mistake!! Same ole same ole obnoxious/sarcastic "know it all" attitude from Tammy. The owner should require additional customer service training for her so as not to lose valued customers & the ability to retain employees due to her rude attitude towards everyone which results in higher than average turn-over rates. ? I've witnessed her speak to employees in a demeaning & condescending tone which is uncalled for from someone in a mgmt position.

The worst manger ever I don't know who would hire more hateful person.She is very very rude and cussing her employees. I've asked plenty of times on how to get in contact with the owner and I've been told that she was the one I needed to make a complaint to.

This place should be shut down for lack of control of personel responsibility for cleaning and compassion for customers and venders especially Debbie she's childish and rude she'll tell lies about people if she's confronted about anything I was a vendor there and I couldn't stay there anymore cause she called the police on me for waring my firearm on legally on my side cause I argued with with her the previous evening .Is that why you Short my check 40 dollers my last check from there Ritchie whom I've never met I've never stolen from your store and have always done everything you have asked of me terrible way to run a store

This rating is for the car wash. It is terrible!! My suv still had yellow soap all over the back end and water/dirt spots all over my windows. When I went through dryer I took my time as well - made no difference. The guy before me complained about the quality of the wash as well.

They've played Christian pop music loudly in the fueling area for years. New sign says they'll be closed for some weeks for renovations and will return with new management and a new look. We'll see what happens.I'm disappointed in the closing as I usually redeem my Harris Teeter fuel points here. I just saved a $1 a gallon! Nearly $15.

When JP is working inside the store, it’s the WORST customer service anyone can receive. No kind of customer service skills. Just RUDE. He should be put in the back of the store where nobody has to see him. Whenever I see him at the register, I regret having to walk inside of this store. All of the other employees are GREAT!!!

The woman at the counter was very rude. She denied an alcohol purchase with a valid out of state license because she didn't know what the black star was on the ID. Please educate yourself. She said she couldn't swipe the ID because the machine was down. I asked how she can verify that it is legitimate and she said we could call the cops to verify it but they'd still deny our business. I even showed her my (still valid) old ID because I'd literally just renewed mine a week ago and she admitted that was a good ID but that she'd still deny our business because we were ‘bringing other people into it.' She also stated that she didn't care about the state we are from (that's on our ID). I was very level headed during our conversation and brought no one else into the situation. Unfortunately this woman was stuck in her ways and will be losing business from new residents. Very shocked at this woman's behavior and will be going elsewhere for business even though we're moving so close. Please hire someone more level headed and educated on state IDs.
