“I recently had the pleasure of working with Tonya, and I cannot praise her enough for the exceptional support she provided in securing my loan. From start to finish, Tonya’s professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident.

Tonya took the time to thoroughly understand my financial situation and needs, guiding me through each step of the loan application process with clarity and patience.

Her proactive approach and attention to detail significantly reduced the stress typically associated with securing a loan.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tonya to anyone in need of financial assistance or loan services. Thank you, Tonya, for making this experience so positive!”

“Today, with expectations and dreams in my mind, I visited the Chase bank in Mooresville. My goal was to open a bank account where I could receive payment for my work, which I do legally and I have a work permit and social security. However, I was saddened to discover that, due to my Cuban nationality, I found myself on a list of countries that, even if I live in the United States and have all the documents in order, do not allow me to open a bank account without residency. New laws that complicate things even more!I appreciate the attention and kindness of the bank staff in explaining this situation to me, understanding that they do not have the power to change these policies. I am still under the shadow and curse of my Cuban passport, longing for the day when I can free myself from it and not depend on its influence in my life.As I said goodbye, I took a candy they had for visitors, with the name of the Chase bank, as a sweet memory and to sweeten the moment when I felt a little sad. Its flavor reminded me that, despite obstacles, there are moments of sweetness on the path to our dreams.I reiterate once again my desire for a future in which barriers are broken down, where all individuals, regardless of their nationality, have the same opportunities to build a prosperous and dignified life.In the meantime, I remain hopeful that one day things will get better and that I will be able to enjoy the freedom and equality we all deserve. With gratitude for the care received, but with hope for a more promising future,A dreamer in search of a change”

“The folks at the Cornelius Truist Branch are amazing! I don't live in Cornelius but I will go out of my way to go there for any type of transaction that requires a visit to the branch. They are fast, efficient, helpful and - most of all - always cheerful and welcoming! I've been there when it's quiet and I've been there when it's busy: customer service is always top notch. Thank you!”

“Following an unfavorable visit to a neighboring branch, I made the decision to try this branch. I am pleased to report that I was assisted by two sharp professionals, Ms. Molly Niebur and Ms. Talia Hamlin, both of whom were most helpful. My business involved a trust account and I was impressed with their attention to detail and competence. If you have experienced a less-than-satisfactory visit to this branch in the past, I encourage you to reconsider. I am very pleased and I believe you will be also. Thank you for reading.”

“I just love this branch. Sarah Rhodes really goes above and beyond every time I come in there. Taking a lot of time out of her day to help me with multiple issues that I’ve had. Everyone there is super polite and helpful and kind.”

“I had a great experience with Fifth Third, I walked right in on a Saturday (Veterans day even!) and the banker there signed me up for a checking and savings account with no appointment. She was experienced, knowledgable and super personable. They have an acct with no minimum balances, no fees, and options for credit cards.”

“This location no longer has any tellers or typical banking services. The staff is very helpful in doing their best to alleviate this rather large portion of why most people go to a physical banking location.

It’s a shame to see PNC go the route of other banks in removing the teller in favor of the “money making” portion of the business. The favorable rating is for the service received by the staff, not for the available services at this location. The unfortunate reality is these physical locations are slowly dying and it will eventually cause me to re-consider other institutions despite an otherwise great many years as a PNC customer”

“I have been with Regions for over 20 years. First started with them when we moved to Florida. Never a problem, always helpful and very welcoming. Kept my account when I moved to NC four years ago. Today, I stopped in the Cornelius branch. Again, extremely helpful and welcoming. I'll never change to any other bank!”
