Following an unfavorable visit to a neighboring branch, I made the decision to try this branch. I am pleased to report that I was assisted by two sharp professionals, Ms. Molly Niebur and Ms. Talia Hamlin, both of whom were most helpful. My business involved a trust account and I was impressed with their attention to detail and competence. If you have experienced a less-than-satisfactory visit to this branch in the past, I encourage you to reconsider. I am very pleased and I believe you will be also. Thank you for reading.

I am the executor of a relative's estate and opened an estate account up at BOA. As there are minimal transactions, I have not gotten checks but went to get a cashier's check today for a tax payment and BOA charged $15 for a cashier's check. I got one recently at NC SECU and there was no charge. I would highly recommend avoiding BOA!!!

Called and entered the hold and ring prompt for 20 minutes on Friday as I need To confirm that my foreign exchange had been completed and i could pick it up. Would not answer the phone.

I am giving BOA 5 start for this location service. (Due to COVID many banks have long delays and wait times so I am excluding that from this review. There is usually a 5-15 minute wait whenever I go.)Every person I have worked with is kind, friendly and helpful. The are always able to handle any request I go in there with. Additionally, if there is a way for me to do what I am doing in a simpler fashion they will l advise as well. I appreciate their help as they have shown some ways to mobile do things and save time.I would recommend to anyone and just advise there can be a bit of a wait at times.A note to corporate about this location is that they need to do better sound proofing. The shape of the ceiling allows for echoing and throwing of voices across the room. Specifically, the cubicle with no roof on the left hand side when you walk in. You can hear the conversations in that cubicle quite clearly in certain parts of the bank. The team in the bank has advised corporate but corporate has not taken actions to rectify. If I was discussing personal information in this bank I would insist on using one of the offices with a roof.

Truthfully, most of my business with this bank has been online or ATM. Have not experienced any problems in those areas. The times that I had to go inside to conduct my business, I have always dealt with very cordial people who got the job done efficiently.

I had the most amazing customer service yesterday at Bank of America! Ruth Ann definitely took a lot of her time out of her morning to help us with a very difficult situation. I did not have an appointment and she took time to work with us any way! I cannot thank her enough; however she deserves to be recognized for her quality customer service! This is what makes me want to begin working with Bank of America solely! In addition Susie also spent time out of her day helping us as well! She worked through getting all the final details resolved. She was amazing! She took care of getting things resolved! Thank you both for helping us yesterday!

Very poor service in my 3 years of banking with them they have never answered the phone 1 time they are never open and will always find ways make simple tasks very frustrating would not recommend to anyone

They have all gone over and above for me and my team in various scenarios to get things done, even when the branch is under staffed and staff are overworked. Have my company checking threw BAC but I’m starting to reconsider . Need to purchase another company vehicle but can’t get a soul to answer the phone ?
