“I must have pocket dialed a 4 star review because I don't recall leaving it and I'm changing to a 5 star review. I brought in a van that no one could fix back where we moved from and wow did they do a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle. I am not a mechanic but they went through every little detail to try and get this engine running right. We concluded after they looked through old receipts, etc that this is a lost cause and unless there is sentimental value, the project is not worth moving forward with. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to. Thanks again guys and I'll be back with an easier project!”

“I had the Mallett Supercharger and full exhaust system installed on my 2017 Chevy Colorado ZR2. Holy Cow! I love the performance, the installation was performed expertly, and the kit is extremely well designed. I am a finicky person; you might say I'm a perfectionist at heart. The Mallett Supercharger kit satisfies in every way. It looks stock; it's not a cobbled-together kit. It is a system from top to bottom. Even the bolts all match in color. I thought no one else but me looks at stuff like that. In terms of performance, who wouldn't want "better than V8" performance in a small, lightweight truck with a supercharged V6? As a side note, my fuel economy remained exactly the same at 16.5 MPG comparing before and after supercharger installation; the only difference is that now I get there faster. Chuck Mallett is a genius and a gentleman, and is always available to answer a question. Don't hesitate. If you want anything from him, you know it'll be done right.Service: Exhaust”

He told me to take it to a different shop for a variety of honest reasons.Its VERY rare you get honesty like that and not "yeah, just bring it in and let us test it and inspect it" which means charging me $$$ just to make money. “I really like this company! I've used their very helpful Youtube videos to show me how to work on a few VW's I've owned for several years. They also have great aftermarket items and specialty tools to enjoy your vehicle even more. What really made me happy and feel great, was a recent issue I had with a tool I bought over 2 years ago. After explaining how the tool broke to customer support, they went above and beyond by finding a spare they had in shop and mailed that out to me for free! Talk about SOLID Customer Support! I've rarely experienced that level of taking care of a customer from any business, It's incredible to see that kind of action from anyone let alone a business.”
“The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! I had my car inspected last week! They have an air conditioned lobby/waiting area, with lots of seating and complementary water, which was absolutely wonderful because it was scorching hot that day. There’s a restroom, and a very nice, somewhat private/fenced area outside, with a bench for you to set on. They did tell me ahead of time it would take just a little bit for them to get my car in, however the wait didn’t take as long as i thought it would be!! The pricing was VERY reasonable, the service was fast, and everyone there was very respectful! I’d definitely recommend!”
