We should have started here because this was by far the best customer service I have received from any business. Alex was wonderful at the customer service desk and had already pulled the item we called about. Owen at the paint desk was fantastic and made sure we were happy with our color. Excellent experience at this store!”

“I'm a pretty frequent customer at THD depending on the project I have in progress at any given time. This store is conveniently located off I-77 exit 25, not far from Target, Whole Foods and Birkdale. They generally have everything I need in a big box store when I can't wait to receive items in the mail. Of course you pay more, but it is what it is. Staff is always willing to help and I love the self checkout option. Parking is never a problem either.”

“Amazingly this turns out to be the best garden center in our area of Huntersville/Cornelius. As a former owner of a garden services business I can say that they have the best selection of healthy plants I have seen so far this year. What a wide variety they have. I told the employees yesterday and decided other people should know too.”
