Was parking to help my pregnant girlfriend get a rental car and apparently it was “their” parking lot and the worker/employee screamed at me to move my car. As a licensed mental health counselor I strongly disapprove of the way he spoke to me and my girlfriend. DO NOT go to them if you want any level of respect.

I feel very fortunate to have found Al and his team to repair my 2010 Tacoma. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough and straight up on what needs to be done. Best quality work I have experienced. Pricing is accurate and competitive. They go the extra mile while doing the work, as well. I highly recommend Al and his team for your auto repair needs. I plan to go nowhere else now.

Very dissatisfied with the entire experience. We brought our car in for one thing and they wanted to repair something else and when I simply asked about it based on what I had read, the owner copped an attitude about it and wouldn't even discuss it other than "that is what the flow chart says" even though he said he did not think it would solve the problem for which we brought it in. We will not be back.

Hey Al...I need my ABS fixed and an inspection. Ok....you're ABS has a broken wire and your tires are shot, we can't inspect...that will be $150. And its $1175 for new hub and ABS sensor if you want to fix it. Thanks Al, I'll pass. ::amazon:: $22 wire, 3 bolts, ABS works again.

Highly recommend Al’s for all mechanic needs. Super easy drop off and pick up. Al is extremely transparent, honest and professional. Simply put, he is a good person. He is not looking to “sell” additional services. They replaced my rear and front pads and brakes earlier this year. Had a squeaking noise on my front brakes last week and gave Al a call; he acknowledged the noise but reassured my car was still safe. Regardless of it being safe, he offered to replace the front brakes at no cost to me. Will continue bringing my cars here for all services.

Al's is the BEST AROUND!!! Took my Honda Pilot to Al's...was having a very complicated issue with an aftermarket alternator not working with the car's electrical system. After getting the run-around, and ZERO positive results, from Woodies-Huntersville... i took my Pilot to Al's. Needless to say, his crew fixed me up in no time flat! He over-communicated the entire time. They finished the repairs earlier than what he said would happen. And he fixed everything quicker, and less expensive than anyone i've ever worked with. Al's Auto Repair is the ONLY place I will take my cars for any type of issues in the future. They have a trustworthy team (in an era where it's borderline impossible to find honest mechanics... especially at Woodies of Huntersville...they're crooks!). Thank you to Al and his team for getting our car fixed and back on the road. Best in the business...SIX STARS RATING, if they'd let me.
