“I went in for a small drill bit attachment, and I was greeted by all three people working. It didn't feel robotic. It was great!
I didn't see, or hear a name, but the older man who rang me up felt genuine, and kind. He asked me if I needed something, and it felt like he meant it.
The store was clean, and everything in the aisle I was looking at was in stock. I rapidly found what I needed. Great store.”
