Been here nearly a dozen times. Fast loading, professional people, Porta John has water. Never seen drivers go past the fenced in check in area, so that guy must have the wrong place.Took the 1 star away because it's a tight lot and for some reason there's no dumpster even though they'll make you sweep out. West Rock has enough money to not litter.

I'm only giving 1 star because the company makes drivers sit in the warehouse while loading. I will refuse all loads picking up here. I guess the dicconnecting red air line,chock the trailer isn't enough.

These guys are extremely respectful and very FAST. if you are rookie driver think twice about coming here. If they're busy and you are new to backing you will have VERY difficult time. You been warned. Otherwise great place.
