As other’s have stated EVERYTIME I put a refill in for meds, when I get there they say I cancelled the refill then tell me it’ll be at least 30 min. I have never cancelled one - ever. It’s the same story each time. After these last refills we will be leaving.

I had five medications at Walgreen's for chronic issues all with refills. When I requested that they be sent to another pharmacy because of all the Walgreen issues suddenly all my refills are expired. Considering that some of them are so new they can't even be refilled yet this is a lie . My doctor had to resend all the of them to Walmart. I've filed a complaint with the NC pharmacy board. Anyone that needs to do so also it is a very simple process. Never go to this incompact could care less pharmacy.

The lady with the piercings in her face had the worst attitude and treated me like I was nothing. She got mad cuz I wanted to take two of my blurred photos off of my order and started throwing my things around. And then when I ask for my 8x10 she says you don't have when there's not one I said "yes there is, I paid for it 8x10. so she started slamming the doors of the photo thing and then finally found it, but never apologized. She did not tell me to have a nice day and huffed and puffed the whole time. She was very unprofessional and I will never go back to that place. you need to hire people with some better personalities or you're going to lose more business woman you need to get over yourself

Wouldn't go here. The pharmacist will make mistakes and when you try to explain (their job to them), they ignore you and continue to say that they don't have your prescriptions when in fact, they do, and then deny filling other prescriptions because they have a personal issue with you. Oh and the pharmacist won't even tell you, she'll send one of the little techs to do it for her when you're there to pick up your medicine. Don't go here.

I ordered refills on line still not ready at the time they were suppose to be or the DAY. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Quit going here, switched to another pharmacy.

They're a little slow at the window if you're in a line you're going to wait at least 10 minutes if not more

Not this specific location's fault but please know that you are not able to get your 1st or 2nd primary COVID vaccine here anymore. Pharmacy clerk was very nice. However, they state they have only had the boosters for months but the website will allow you to book appts for 1st/2nd primary dose when they do not have it. They will not be getting it back in. Also tried the location on HWY 127 but came to the same result.

Everytime I have to get this one prescription refilled it is an ever loving nightmare. I have been told they couldn't refill because they are so short staffed. Never smiles not friendly in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy has no respect for your time. Worse than a doctors office. I made a flu shot appointment for the first one after the pharmacists lunch break because I was on MY lunch break and needed prompt service. I arrived at 2pm. They did not get me in until 2:40. Find another place to go when getting your vaccinations.

Around 7:00 Nov 2 -22 First thing about any business treat every customer with the up most respect even if they have tattoos on there face . My son was treated pretty disrespectful over a price they priced wrong. All because he had tattoos and even called my son the N word . I called the manager and asked her name so I could call corporate and he would not give it to me. This place is racist.

It’s as if no one working there has ever seen a prescription assistance card before.This location is a joke. "We have a lot of prescriptions to fill," yes. That is your job. You should do it because if you don't, people's health and lives are on the line. This isn't just some retail job, it's healthcare. Get it together.

I’ve been getting the same medicine for over two years. There’s always trouble every time it’s time for me to pick up my prescription. There’s zero communication, the staff doesn’t want to take time to explain anything they just want to have an attitude and get off the phone. It really sounds like to me they don’t like their job. You would think after so long of getting the same medicine around the same time, they would try to have it in stock, or being a loyal customer they would have better communication. None has been true in my experience month after month after month.

After shopping here at the conover, Nc location . i went to my car with my daughters and my battery died .A gentleman i believe named James had jumper cables and was able to jump start my car . Not only was he extremely polite and helpful , he genuinely cared about the situation and gave me directions to the advanced auto store to be helped further . The ladies working that day in the isle and at checkout were also very polite . I’m glad i broke down at this location instead of anywhere else because i was helped instantly . Please thanks these employees for me and give them a raise if possible .
