If any of you ever dog the only woman that has worked in that store and dealt with far THAN SHE SOULD... I will gladly use my public audience to enlighten the difference. My Nan went there today and she was in tears.

We feel scammed, lied to, and extremely disappointed. We’re asking Verizon upper management to investigate and make this right.
We visited this location on Saturday, May 10th around 3:20 PM and worked with Amber to switch from AT&T to Verizon. We were already prepared to make the switch—Amber was guaranteed the sale. So why did she feel the need to mislead us multiple times?
She gave us her work number for follow-ups, but despite repeated attempts to contact her, she’s been unresponsive. Her coworker told us she’d be back Monday. It's now Thursday evening, and we still haven’t heard from her—no communication, no accountability.
Issue 1: Streaming Service Add-ons
We made it very clear we were only interested in the higher-tier streaming packages if they were AD-FREE. We asked repeatedly, and Amber assured us that by choosing the more expensive options, there would be no ads. But when we reviewed the contract, it specifically stated these were BASIC ad-included packages. When we questioned her, she assured us that they were just generic wordings from the contract and guaranteed there would be no ads. She told us we could cancel anytime, so we trusted her. This turned out to be FALSE.
Issue 2: AT&T Balance Payoff
Amber also told us Verizon would handle the payoff of our AT&T balance and that we had “nothing to worry about.” She took down our AT&T balance details and made it sound like it would be resolved quickly and smoothly. Now, a month later, we got charged $1,300 from AT&T because Verizon hadn’t paid anything. When we returned to the store, a different employee told us that what Amber said was completely UNTRUE because Verizon NEVER pay the balance off immediately, and we were supposed to pay off the phones ourselves first to be eligible for reimbursement, which can take months!
We are extremely frustrated. Amber was getting the sale regardless, so why lie about something that affects people’s finances? If Verizon is training staff to intentionally mislead just to close deals, that’s unacceptable. This situation could have caused serious financial damage to someone who trusted what your employee told them.
We are still waiting for the promised credits. We’re asking that this be handled professionally and urgently by Verizon upper management. Please review the camera footage and audio from May 10th to verify our claims. We want resolution and accountability.

My wife and I went to this store on Monday and upgraded our phones. Cole helped us and was patient with us and understood our needs. He did not push us to buy something we did not want. He transferred all our data from our old phones and gave us a few minutes to get used to our phones before we left the store. We renewed our service with Verizon and were very pleased with the entire experience.

My husband went to this store yesterday because his line was upgrade eligible. The guy inside, some red head kept telling him he couldn't upgrade and couldn't pay off other devices that it had to do with his credit or something and then told him he couldn't add another line(never asked to) so my husband went out to the parking lot got on the app and was able to upgrade his phone on the spot. And even thanked him for being a loyal Verizon member for 7 years. This is the small branch we got our phones from originally. EVERYTIME we've ever gone to these stores it's like nobody knows how to do their jobs. If it was the credit or we couldn't upgrade or couldn't add a line why was he able to in the parking lot from the app. Btw my husband has fantastic credit and has always had a big line of credit with Verizon. So weird that this guy couldn't get an upgrade on his line done. But the app did.

Gage helped me and my wife get new phones and we left very happy! I would definitely recommend him for all of your Verizon needs!!! I will definitely keep coming to him and bring some business.

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon after having issues with my phone. Charlie was so patient, helped me troubleshoot, and gave me options on new phones/plans. Both he and Sam worked hard to price out all options to present me with the best deal for my family. It was an amazing customer experience, I will definitely be back. Thank you Charlie and Sam!

Joey Wilson is my go-to guy for all of my company's phones, tablets, screen protectors and anything cellular related. Not only does he take care of us when we're in store but he follows up and checks on us periodically. That's a high level of service and greatly appreciated. Because of him, this store has and will keep my business.

My family just switched from Spectrum to Verizon last month. We went to the location in Conover and Derrick Malbon was our service representative. He is so good at his job! Incredible service! He made everything so easy for us. We are so happy with our service that we just switched to Verizon Internet as well. I sent Derrick a message about adding internet and he took care of it. If you are looking for customer service at it's best, I highly recommend Derrick.
