Best florist in Catawba County and the surrounding areas! I have used this florist for many things.. funerals, birthdays, centerpieces, and prom flowers. Each time they have been consistently excellent. Their flowers are always fresh and their designers create beautiful arrangements. They listen to the customer’s vision and bring it to life. Today I came into work and was pleasantly surprised my sister had sent me flowers for my birthday. The arrangement is beyond gorgeous! Twigs and Twine will not disappoint! Use them for all of your floral needs. Thanks some much for consistently being awesome! You are the best!

I called to order flowers for a funeral of a dear friend of our family. My 90-year old Mom wanted to send a fall-colored arrangement that was unique. I talked to Susan at Twigs and Twine who was extremely patient and asked questions to make sure she knew what we wanted. The end result was STUNNING and went above and beyond what we hoped for. Susan even sent me a picture of the flowers as my Mom wasn’t able to attend the funeral in person. Thank you, Susan, for personal service and beautiful work!

The floral wreath these ladies made for my mother's funeral was beautiful. My mother loved flowers and this arrangement honored her. I have never seen any arrangements from other florist that even come close to Twigs and Twines quality and creative beauty.

Do not use this company for your florist needs!!!! They did not show up for a wedding and the bride was left disappointed with no flowers!! The owner did not contact the bride until two days after the wedding!!! Customer service does not exist with this company!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!! How would you feel if this was your daughter? No bride wants to walk down the aisle without a bouquet!!!! Took the money and didn’t deliver the flowers!!

After over 6 months of advance planning with this company, today they decided to completely forget about a multi grand order, completely screwing over my bestfriends wedding day. No flowers, no bouquets- nothing.Everyone called their phones all day just to be sent to voicemail each time. Still have not heard what their excuse is.As someone who has worked with wedding arrangements- there is absolutely NO reason in my mind that this should ever be acceptable.At the VERY least, communication should have been made so the wedding planners could have looked at last minute alternatives.I am just so disgusted. If you ever have an important event you need florals for, absolutely DO NOT go here.

Walked in with an idea, left with a beautiful arrangement for a funeral. Staff was very nice and helpful. Taylor was amazing. She was able able to put my idea into exactly what I was looking for and make it beautiful. Full of wonderful ideas and amazing at her job! Hands down best place in town to go, ask for Taylor! Also very affordable and beautiful plants.

Twigs and Twine did arrangements for my cousin's wedding a few years ago, and they were stunning. I live out of town, and now I call every single time I need to send flowers back to my friends and family back in Catawba county. Everytime I ask them to send an arrangement for me, I get multiple comments about how beautiful the arrangements are. It is nice to know that there is a florist back home that I can trust to send beautiful arrangements. And their customer service is phenomenal.

Great customer service! I called at lunch and they had already made deliveries in the area that I was ordering for. I didn’t even ask and said that the next day would be fine, and the flowers were delivered just hours later. It came in perfect timing for a sweet friend. I am so impressed with how kind they were! Beautiful arrangement!
