Wonderful dealership! This is the second car my family has purchased from them. Both times, great service. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and they treated me like family. Avery was such a big help. They did not pressure me, and I did not feel rushed. You can tell they love what they do and love helping others! Definitely will be back?.

Wonderful dealership and sales professionals to work with! I would highly recommend. They work with all credit and will still enable you to ride nicely in spite of credit condition. Mr. Nathan and Mr. Don are great to work with and they go the extra mile to make sure things are done right! Over the top hospitality, business credibility, and ethics!

Buyers Beware!! The vehicle may look good, but if you are interested in a vehicle, take it to a reputable mechanic to be checked out. I made a purchase, and asked the sales guy to have it looked at underneath for anything leaking. My mistake. Any reputable mechanic would have seen the problem. After owning the vehicle 2 weeks, it was leaking all over my driveway! It was a leaking front axle. Now, there is a problem with the transmission or a bad wheel bearing. They specialize in high mileage vehicles, so do your homework before you buy. And DO NOT purchase a vehicle with a CVT TRANSMISSION. THEY ARE NOT built to last. I had no clue about the issues with them. So do yourself a favor and buy your next vehicle from a new car dealer with CERTIFIED used cars. When you buy here, you buy the car AS IS. They do NOT have a reputable mechanic or he would have seen the leaking axle on my car. Just giving potential buyers a warning!!!

Bought a car from here about a year ago and never actually wrote a review like a meant to. So I here I am! But reading the reviews over the past year, I saw exactly the same thing they did to me. Sketchy business practices, piss poor customer service, they won’t call you back, they won’t get you an extra key or a car manual as promised. But here’s what happened, within 2 weeks of driving this car off the lot, I had to replace the entire transmission. The TRANSMISSION! So I bought the car and then had to spend 5K out of pocket immediately, along with other issues that have continued to arise. They were no help, wouldn’t even call me back - looking at you Nathan! I tried to report to the attorney general and there weren’t enough reports for them to get involved. So anyone who has had a similar experience, I STRONGLY urge you to report it with the attorney general and make their faulty business practices known. Do not go here, do not trust these con artists. You’ll be much happier elsewhere.

One of the easiest, most pleasant car buying experiences we've had. Great selection of vehicles that were well represented on their website and fairly priced. Avery was amazing and thorough and went over everything in great detail which was very appreciated as we were buying from out of state. There was no pressure, no crazy fees, and everyone was super friendly.

I just purchased an SUV from this dealership today and can say I'm very pleased with this place and the service I received as well as the vehicle. To start, I drove in from out of state to pick up a SUV that I had called about the day before. That's how good I felt about the honesty of the person I spoke with over the phone and the condition of the vehicle / negotiated price. Avery was great! Seriously a top tier salesman. You could tell there was no candy talk or the pestering you get from most car salesmen. The OTD price was very fair and the quality of the car was also something to brag about. Super clean exterior and interior, ran well, with gas in the tank and clean oil. The whole process was seamless, affable, and professional. I think you can trust what you are buying here as well as the people. Which is so important when making a big purchase such as this. Every car on the lot appeared to be in great condition. You can tell they aren't selling any ole' piece of junk here. Cars are inspected before being put on the market and carfax are available as well. Pricing is the best I found even after searching Carmax and Carvana. I feel really good about this purchase and would even consider driving back to Trading Post should I ever need another car.
