I had a great pedicure - but after the add on charges - a basic pedicure is $92. In my opinion - that's ridiculous. When I made my appointment, they made sure I understood that since I wasn't a member - just getting a pedicure would not be spending enough to have access to the spa facilities (I wasn't interested in the facilities - evidently they have experienced nonmembers thinking they would have access to the spa for under $200). I would definitely seek out the fabulous girl who did the pedicure at a different salon - but save your money for a place that will appreciate your business.

I must say from the moment I walked in the door, I was in an oasis. Everyone was so friendly and ready to be at your service, whatever that means for you! I had the Queen for a Day package and I left feeling like royalty! I had the 80 minute massage with Clay and it was life changing! He was absolutely incredible! Everything was clean and organized. Food was great. Service was great! I was there from 9:20-4 and I honestly could have stayed longer, but if I didn't leave then, I might not ever leave! 15/10!! Will be back! Thank you Rock Barn for making this Mommy Day Out Magical!

The restaurant is very fancy, I really love it. There are some sides of the restaurant, like there are rooms you can reserve, they have one side for rowdy people who live sorts, and there is another side that is just super quiet, but you gotta dress fancy to go on that side. The food is great! They change up their menus every now and then, but change it or not, it's still amazing!

This place was a great experience that I would absolutely do again I love the package options which I of course went with, and it did not disappoint. Great price for everything that came with it. The place is beautiful and the service is great. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because in all honesty, one of my services was a full body massage, and it was absolutely not good. But I would still go back and do everything the same I would just hopefully get a different person providing my massage One bad massage does not change the fact that this place is great.

Don't recommend this spa, especially on a weekend. Overcrowded and loud. The massage was meh and the food nothing special. Drinks were good. Front desk was nice and apologetic. Overall it was a bad experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience.

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff and lots of different things to enjoy and places to relax. Food is great. Variety of Services are a little limited for my taste especially when it comes to manicure pedicure options but the salt cave is really nice.

The course itself is beautiful. The golf carts are included in the price and up to date. They have the screens on them that tracks your location and guide you through the course. Quality of the carts are very up-kept. Food wasn't very great at the cafe. Employees were helpful and gave great customer service. We requested the 18 holes which we enjoyed. Golf course was beautiful overall.

What a beautiful spa. It's small but robust with a variety of tranquil amenities. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs and requests are met. They are always scurrying around covering the floors with mats, loading towels, dry mopping floors, and so much more to ensure your comfort and safety. Upon arriving, you'll be greeted with a flute of champagne even at 8:30 am. This sets the tone for your enchanting experience. The locker room attendant gives a detailed walk through of the facility and expectations. My favorite was to "relax and enjoy the moment." As a plus-size spa enthusiast, it is always great to see there are comfortable robes up to a 5X! Showers and stalls that accommodate larger frames and electric heated massage tables that are sturdy and can holds upto 800lbs. The salt room chairs are also sturdy and have zero gravity. So, don't be afraid to show up and show out. However, bathing suits are required, and so is a relaxing experience. The changing rooms have 4 showers, dry and wet saunas, and 3 bathroom stalls with a plethora of toiletries. The showers do have shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, too. I did bring my own travel toileties and facial products, as I'm always prepared. The facility has 2 hydrotherapy waterfalls, 2 Jacuzzis (1 out doors), a cold plunge pool, and a large wading pool (4 feet Max). There's also a salt room and massage rooms, of course. My experience was awesome. It was a relaxing day that eased down to comfort. I enjoyed the majority of it. My LMT was relatively new, and the massage didn't have nearly enough pressure. It felt like Iike a rub down and not a deep tissue. So, if you require a deep tissue massage, ask for an LMT with tenure. They are always zooming around with cold eucalyptus and mint towels, which was an amazing accouterment, Smoothie samples, and snacks. As a barriatric patient, I asked for half my meal at 11 a.m., and the rest at 3, and Rebekah graciously obliged. I do wish there were more protien snacks such as nuts being offered vs. the pretzel trail mix. The Chocolate Covered Strawberries are divine. I couldn't resist. The menu is robust for a spa. I got the Pesto Chicken on a Croissant with fruit, and it was huge. It's covered and piled high. It came with an awesome pesto and a mound of deli slices. I was very impressed as I thought it was a finger sandwich size I also found out they use PCA products for facials, which are amazing.

I am newer to the area so, naturally, I wanted to start finding the best spas around here! I was having an R&R weekend up in Blowing Rock so I looked for something within about an hour drive and was happy to find Rock Barn. I was a little skeptical with the name(barn?! haha) and I wasn't sure what I was walking into, but they were really nice when I called to book services and they had great reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! (Just a note: In certain settings i prefer to be discreet so i didn't take any photos - but their website has plenty of good pics if you're curious.) From the moment I walked in I was met with soft, soothing music, warm, friendly, smiles, and a delicious glass of champagne. Off to a great start! Then I was given a tour of the locker room and all of the lady's amenities, Rosita was very nice and accommodating. So I popped into the steam room for a quick warm up then i headed out to check out the pool. It was a little bit crowded, for my taste, but there was still enough space to find a nook and settle in. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and the area around doesn't get all wet and sloppy, they are quick to clean up. Even though it is indoors, it didn't smell too strongly of chlorine which is a big win. I had an 80 min deep tissue massage with Michael and it was heavenly. He did fabulous, my only complaint is that it wasn't longer! And i had their platinum hydra-facial with Lisa and enjoyed every minute. I've been to day spas all over the world and I can be pretty picky, but I was pretty satisfied with this cute little hidden gem, i would come back for sure! (My only advice: don't order the Turkey Pesto Wrap. Nope.)

I'm from Miami and I typically do my spa days at the FontaineBleau and their price (FB) is almost half of what I paid here... It was a nice experience considering the area but I think it was overpriced and overcrowded.

I am new to the spa scene and Rock Barn was an excellent introduction. I thoroughly enjoyed every service, lunch, and the hydro circuit. The amenities in the locker rooms were well thought out. All the drinks & snacks were lovely! The chocolate covered strawberries were the best I've had! I would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!

I visited the spa with my best friend for a girl's day out and it was everything we needed and more. We got the day pass which gets you all access to the hydrotherapy circuit, lunch, 2 drinks, chocolate covered strawberries, and a visit to the salt cave. Everything was organized and ran smoothly from check in to check out. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly especially Tylee. They have staff walking around constantly with snacks, smoothie samples, water, facial hydrating mist, cold cloths, etc. Theyre also very attentive when it comes to taking your order for food and drinks and theres never a long wait. I highly recommend making a visit here for an amazingly relaxing time. I will certainly return.
