I’m gonna be honest as possible with this review, i purchased a 2011 volvo s40 t5 back in December for my birthday, i was aware the cars were sold as is, however the first week i had the Volvo it was shutting off, wouldn’t crank, barely had any power, both of Dwayne & Debra told me they couldn’t help me, go figure right? I recommended a friend to come here who’s not a person of color, she had problems the same week & her car was fixed?? sounds like someone doesn’t want people of color at their business or if your a person of color you won’t get help like they help their white customers, I thought these people were ok at first but all they want is money, I was hit in the volvo back in February, they showed no compassion just kept asking me for his insurance information. I purchased another vehicle from another dealer, car needed a new transmission he added it no problem, I will never come back or recommend anyone to this business, sucks to know we still have some individuals who look at color & not the judge of character. I gave you guys respect & complied!

I went thru Quality Auto because everyone kept leaving good reviews but i think they pay people to leave a good reviews, they sold me toyota rav 4 with a trashed transmission, I called and asked for help and he told me he would not repair the vehicle. I never asked for them to pay all of it because I covered the $3600 to have it fixed I just asked for help and all I got was excuses about why they wouldn't help me. This was the first time I've ever gotten a car from a lot and I told them that and they still took advantage of me.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Answer this if you're trying to run a business and be a business man, how can you refuse to do business with someone just because they live TOO far away! I live 38 minutes from this place and that's just too far! Boo Hoo! ?I live 33 miles from you! Not 38! It's 38 minutes!

I was in need of a car and found them on Facebook. Called about a car he had listed and then he blocked me. So I called him after I found him on Google. And I asked why he didn't just say he found my account suspicious. If he felt that way all you have to say here is my number and call me. No big deal. I asked about working out a deal. So when I called and asked he said we won't come down on down payments. Ok thats all you had to say. Not block me. And not only that I called back just to find out he blocked me on the phone line as well. He clearly don't want to make money. You can be friendly and still get your point across.. im a human and I found it to be very disrespectful for someone in the line of sales to act rudely. I have worked in sales and public for 15 plus years. It would be different if I was acting crazy giving the world we live in. But I was not. I was clearly acting on a post that was made public. It's about being friendly and welcoming for me. And a lot of people in America will pick friendly and welcoming over product!!! I just wanted you to know that you did not ruin my day or anything but made me realize once you become rich and not struggle in life you treat people who need the help and act on the stuff you post feel like your too good to sell to them. I guess I'm not your class of human!!!

This place is a joke and would give 0 stars if possible if for no other reason than the service. I was told AFTER I signed and paid everything that I must take the vehicle to have a GPS tracker taken off using my time and gas when that wasn't agreed to and should be done there. I was told that my spare key is at that same shop, when it was really there in their office being kept from me. I was also told that they would have my tag for me in about a week and I would be called once it was in which was a lie as well. I had to do the calling and waited 2 weeks for it while it was also sitting in the office too. Ole Debra didn't like being called out on her faults, was very disrespectful, and literally shooed me out the door. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!Edit: nice job coming back to revise your original reply and not think I'd see it. Respect, seriously? I show respect where respect is deserved and earned, and lying to someone definitely doesn't do that. How can you possibly speak on what was discussed when you couldn't even be bothered to be there? Nothing was done in the office except me signing paperwork and her taking our money. It was only after the fact and as we were getting in to leave when she decided to tell me about anything. Maybe she had too much on her plate and forgot until then, but that's still no fault of my own. Nice try but I'm not the right mark bub.

Dwayne,has a ❤ of gold i brought a Volkswagen (Beetle) things got tight my husband got sick i talk to Dwayne,he listen and gave me second chance and for that I owe him dearly for that so if you are looking for a vehicle Quality Autos is the place to go and be straight up with him.He is the best friend and classmate.

Just got a Kia Sol Dwayne is very nice i told him a few issues but he was down to listen as with any car you will have some things go on but all in all Dwayne and Deborah are really awesome thanks guys
