My only interaction has been regarding a rebate program. However, after sending in the necessary paperwork, checking my status, and receiving an email in April 2019 that my rebate was approved...I NEVER received a rebate check. I jumped through hoops (emails, phone calls, messages) to try and get someone to mail out a check.

I've only had one experience with any Mighty product and it was your Mighty Oil Filter. I used your oil filter on my Chevy truck. I only use high quality anti-drain back valve filters. I work for a company who's house brand is Mighty. So I got a discount on the oil filter so I bought it and used it. After only around 400 miles driven on the Mighty filter, I lost oil pressure and in the morning at cold start every single part rattled so bad I was afraid I had caused permanent

As a shop, I am very disappointed. Our account has not been handled as instructed. We asked that only 2 specific people be allowed to place orders and that was not followed resulting in a much higher purchase than we should have had. We have been trying to get them to pick up the stock left at our shop for our correct final bill and no one has been in contact with us in almost 8 weeks. We are still waiting on someone to pick up and return the filters and such and issue our final bill.

I've only had once experience with your oil filters and it wasn't good... I had the local Goodyear tire shop change my oil on my Ford Pickup when the put new tires on it... they used one of your engine oil filters... shortly afterword my truck started making horrible noises at startup with the timing components rattling against the front cover and it took longer than usual to build oil pressure... your filter was allowing all the oil from the top end of the motor to drain bac
