This location DOES NOT care if your package arrives. I'm having the same problem as the other complaints. They do not attempt to deliver the packages, some of their route drivers are lazy and incompetent.

Delivered half of my package to me and delivered the other half to someone else I've spoke to multiple people about it yet nobody can seem to resolve the issue or even bother to find the package they lost? Also terrible customer service

I went to try to find my missing package. FedEx sent me to Walgreens in Mt view. Walgreens didn't have the package or know anything about it. FedEx still haven't delivered the package .

Wow! Amazed at the 1 star reviews. We have never had any issues at this store. Always greeted with courteous employees who go out of their way to help.

I shipped a package for a customer for my company on 12/18 and set the pickup for 12/19 via Fed Ex. On 12/20, I checked the pick up confirmation number and per the website this was picked up on 12/19.However the package is still sitting at my location waiting to be picked up. I called the customer service number and was told "I see where this was requested and marked as picked up but we do not show this was truly picked up because the tracking number has not been scanned into our system. We can reschedule this for 12/21 to pick up or we can change the transportation mode and charge you more for our mistake and pick this up today". I continuously asked to speack with a supervisor and was continuously told due to high volume of package pick up problems that option was not available at this time. I finally made the lady on the other end of the phone mad enough because I would not agree to her terms that she hung up on me. FED EX YOU SUCK AND NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been so frustrated in a long time. I called them to have them hold a package for me and they asked me my name and address, then they tell me my address doesn't exist. Perplexed, I asked how have I gotten packages in the past if my address doesn't exist. I ask was the name of my road in his system he said no, nor was my zip code. Then I ask if North Carolina was even in his system, he got smart with me and hung up. I promise you I will gladly pay extra for all future packages to be handled by UPS.
