Far from professional or honest. BEWARE. And ladies, always tell them to ask you before any work is performed. All I asked for is to test my battery (should have just taken to advance). They called me and said my car was ready and they put in a new starter and I owe $370!! I requested for them to take out and they did. But charged me $60.When I voiced my concerns of THEIR miscommunication and performing work that was not okay'd, the mechanic / owner tossed the $60 on the counter, and told me that "karma is a bit*h!" Totally unprofessional, dishonest , and just rude!
