DO NOT USE!! They lie about everything ,they over charge, do not have ready when promised, Have had my car going on three weeks and now they won't even answer the phone.

They do a great job of cleaning out dog hair but that's it. I had to clean my windows myself when I got my car back. They don't pick your car up when they say they will and they don't return it when they say they will. I can not prove they put a significant scratch on my car, but it wasn't there when I left it with them. I am dissatisfied with their service.

Was referred by One source Auto group where I bought my Cadillac that they would do the best detail I went today and had a detail done the owner I spoke with was very professional and very precise on what I would be getting as far as the service at the end of the day I'm very happy with the service everything that was promised was done the car looks exceptional like today I bought it I recommend this place to anybody that values having a clean car motorcycle boat or anything and their customer service is very nice everyone's very professional I will returnServices: Wheel washing

Dropped off my Honda Accord company car, at England Bros. Detail, in Newton, NC, on Sat, Oct 30th at 8:30am. Met with the owner and instructed that I wanted a wash, wax, and interior cleaning, .and don't touch trunk or engine. My neighbor had her SUV serviced with same request, couple days prior, and was charged $150. I'll be straight up here, I did not request quote up front, nor did England Bros. disclose cost for this service. Please note he did request cash payment be made for the service. Received a call at 12:48pm from the owner that my Honda was ready. When I arrived met with the owner, he opened driver door, popped engine hood, and proceeded to go into his routine of how great a job they had done, and everything was treated, to include engine, (which I instructed not to do). The owner then told me the charge was $386.00!!!! I thought he was picking with me, but no he wants $386.00 I told him that was outrageous, and not acceptable, and I had brought $150 cash. He starts in again with his routine of a great job they did and everything was treated. Once more I told him I had $150 cash money, now he wants me to go to ATM and get additional cash, plus he states he's going with me. Well folks that didn't go well at all. I left Mr. England with $150 cash in hand, and told him I would get back with on Monday. Nov.1st

My neighbor had her SUV serviced with same request, and was charged $150. \nI'll be straight up about this, I did not request cost up front,, nor did England Bros disclose cost for this service. I received a call from the owner at 12:48 that the Honda was ready. When I arrived I met the owner, he opened driver door, popped hood, and started in on how great of a job they did, and everything was treated. He then told me cost was $386.00!!! I honestly thought he was picking with me. When I started to question the rate, he started in again about how great of a job they had done, and everything was treated. I told him no, that rate was outrageous. I had brought $150 cash as that was a reasonable rate. He still wants $386, and wants me to go to an ATM to get more cash, and he will ride with me. Well that didn't work out very well at all. I left with the $150 cash, and told him I would get back with him on Monday, Nov 1st. \n\n\n\n

Terrible job, they cleaned for me for about 3 years and everytime my car was damaged or dinged, they kept it for hours and never was able to deliver the cars back on time. I purchased the black card and it was good for about 3 months but after that they started to become "busy" and wasn't able to clean the cars every week and when they did it was a all day ordeal. Never got a refund for the last 6 months on the black card special that he had, also noticed that the cars were always getting scratches due them them using dirty rags on the cars. Take your money elsewhere.Service: Car waxing

If I could give less than 1 I would. They talked me into buying a years worth of detailing. The deal was they would pick my car up once a week for detailing and bring it back. They never came once. They wouldn't even pick it up when I called anymore. They did until I paid for a year.

On 10/13/20 the owner of England Brothers approached me and asked if I wanted my car detailed. I agreed because we are business "neighbors" and I wanted to support local instead of doing it myself. I dropped off my car with ZERO scratches. When I returned to get my vehicle, the car was still dirty, covered in scratches on the hood and upper doors and they have broken the seal for my sunroof with the power washer. I expressed how terrible of a job they had done and how they have effectively ruined the paint on a brand new car. Let alone it's still dirty after being washed AND the sunroof seal. The owner promised he would make it right. I took his word and on 10/14/20 I dropped my car off at 10:00am. 1pm comes around and I go to check on my vehicle. It is wet, fresh tire shine, and lint from used rags stuck in the badge. The car has more scratches than it did prior (now on the lower door panel and trunk lid as well) to bringing it to BE FIXED and is STILL DIRTY. The employee argues that he hasn't touched the vehicle despite the tire shine, water, and lint stuck to the car. The owner proceeds to tell me "nothing has been done" "we aren't finished" despite the wetness, tire shine, new scratches and lint stuck from dirty rags. He proceeds to cuss me and tell me "he doesn't conduct business this way" but can't seem to be an accountable person for his employees actions. I paid these guys money to ruin the paint on my brand new car. Learn from my mistake and don't ruin your cars paint with England Brothers.

I have been a customer for nearly 15 years and have always appreciated the way Calvin and his team care for my vehicles and deliver superior service. Three years ago they began offering their Black Card Services Program and I decided to participate. I have been more than completely satisfied with the value of this program and the way the team at England Brothers proudly executes it. I have renewed my membership as a Black Card member every year and will continue to do so for as long as it's offered.England Brothers Inc., is simply the best professional auto detailing service in the area.

England Brothers does a fantastic job, they not only show the pride in their work but they also have excellent customer service which to me speaks volumes as a customer. Really appreciate all you guys and everything you do it does not go unnoticed. Very satisfied customer!! Black card is a tremendous value, if you have not asked about it do yourselves a favor and ask.
