Based on recent Pharmacy/Covid Testing Services experience: On 1/26/22 at 1:00 pm, my husband and I completed Covid Testing at this location. My husband's testing appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm and mine was scheduled for 1:10 pm. We arrived a little before 1:00 pm and proceeded to the Drive Thru Lane, there were 3 vehicles in already waiting. When we checked in at the window, the male staff member (I'm sorry I do not remember his name) was extremely professional and efficient. He immediately asked my husband if there was anyone else testing in the vehicle and he processed my appointment at same time. In other words, we did not have to circle the building and I did not have to wait until 1:10 pm to complete my test. This was not only extremely efficient, it was, in my opinion, extremely compassionate. We very much appreciate it! We were not feeling well so the sooner we could get back home and get back in bed the better. The test process is set up very well! It is almost No Contact but I don't think there is anyway that it could be made completely No Contact. I felt very safe taking this test and I was not concerned about accidentally exposing anyone. You must schedule your testing appointment online. You check in through a closed window via an intercom with the CVS staff member. They ask you to verify your name and date of birth, as well as the confirmation number associated with your test (confirmation number is sent via text to your cell phone) then they give you the kits to perform the test yourself in your car. The test are sent out a drawer, not through an open window. After you complete the test, you place the completed specimen in a drop box just passed the check in window. Staff even supplies antibacterial cleaning wipes for you to disinfect the box lid before and after you touch it. The male staff member made sure we knew the process and even though we said that we understood the process and that we had watched the Instruction Video, he still walked us through the process. Wow! What great customer service! Throughly educated, we were able to complete our tests and drop them in the box. CVS texts you the results of your test. We received ours the next evening, a little more than 24 hours later. I really do not feel that you can ask for a quicker turnaround time. I must applaud the efficiency and quickness of the lab staff in this process (lab is not owned by CVS & tests are not processed onsite). One more compliment for this location, when my husband and I were searching for test sites, this location was the only store that had testing appointments available in a 40 mile radius. We are so thankful that there were appointments available the next day and did not mind driving 22 miles to make the appointments. I highly recommend this location for Covid Testing! Hopefully, all CVS locations are as efficient as this store. If so, I would say that I recommend testing with CVS period.

I left them. There is one pharmacist who refused to feel two of my meds together even though my Doctor, the one with the degree, wanted me to take them. Then one of the pharmacist called my husbands dr about a med he was to take and in a conversation with their nurse, she brought me up and broke Hippa laws by discussing me. I dont see them. This female pharmacist was bad mouthing my husband and I and talking about my meds and my health with a nurse to a dr I dont see. Then she said "they are so much trouble I wish they would go somewhere else". I called corporate immediatley, I am sure nothing happend, but we did leave them.
