Just to let others know of my experience around10/2/2023 asked the man to get the phone unlocked show no sign to help told me to call 611 so I did the person did not speak english well and mess up what I asked they wanted to know what cell number was last used we got that number for them and told them this was used by another and the move this line to my account I told the man what they did and he said to correct this will cost me over $90 to fix and it was there fault then the phone I order I15 was to cancel the order they did I made sure just the cell phone he said yes but he also cancel my cell phone number too so asked to fix it that was his error he said cost me $70 with this had enough so I move all my lines to another carrier hope you have a better experience than me I will never come back Good Luck!

Stephany at the Conover location was SO kind and helpful to me this morning! Not only did she set up my new phone that I had purchased directly from Samsung and switch all of my info/apps, she also put my screen protector and case on my phone (that I didn't purchase from there). Very thankful for the great customer service!

When I need Customer Service from Cricket, I always give the location behind Olive Garden a chance because it’s closer to home. Today confirmed that I will only deal with the folks at the Conover location. Graylon was the absolute best person to talk to and work with. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe his skill set. If you are a Cricket customer in the area or are thinking of going to Cricket, go see Graylon and he will take good care of you!

Wow, has to be the most helpful cellular store I have ever been in. Jasmine was awesome helping us get our number ported from Mint Mobile over to Cricket. She, along with Graylon and Angie, were incredibly friendly and walked us through the whole process of getting the new account setup and our eSims. I would highly recommend this store for any of your cellular needs. The team here really seem to love serving their customers.
