Literally the best Best Vet I have ever been to!! My dog is very nervous & has to be sedated. The staff and the vet took time to get my dog relaxed and then the vet & techs got in the floor to do the exam because it was more comfortable for my dog!!!
They fit our new kitten in yesterday afternoon - she was not feeling well. She is better overnight! We are so grateful!

Absolutely terrible customer service on a day we were supposed to be dropping our pet off for surgery. “Amber” should NOT be allowed to work with people, let alone pets. What a rude and ignorant woman!
It’s disappointing because the Drs Gant and Tysinger and the Vet Techs have practically become family.

Countryside Hospital is a great place to bring your pet. We have brought our guinea pig in before and our bunny Rapunzel several times lately before we had to make the very difficult decision of putting her to sleep. If it had not been for Countryside we would have never had as long as we did with our little rabbit. They were honest, caring, thorough at all visits and made excellent and professional assessments and suggestions on how to prolong the life of our aging rabbit Rapunzel. We sincerely thank Countryside and all of it's staff for all their help with Rapunzel and for their kind, compassionate words to my family over our loss. I would not hesitate to recommend Countryside to others!

Receptionist was welcoming. Facility was clean. Vet was nice and informative. The girl that took my boy to clip his nails was friendly.

I am extremely disappointed in this veterinarian office. At one time it was my favorite, but no longer. Please take your pets elsewhere if able. This place is only about money and no longer provides the high - level of pet care. It’s unfortunate. Be aware that per the office staff, the office manger makes all decisions. The veterinarians do not make decisions at this facility (per the secretary). Does anyone else believe this is a scary comment? Or is it just me?
