As a woman I hate going to get my car serviced. At Butch’s I always feel comfortable and respected! They never try to sell me on something not necessary. Joey has actually towed my truck from an accident after I was hit head on; he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Since then every time I go Joey services my car and always takes care of everything. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is so amazing. It's first come first serve so drop the car off in the morning. They will help you and will fix your car right. They are a true blessing here in conover nc. They don't rob you which means they don't over price labor. They will tell you what the problem is and fix it. They charge 85 hr for labor. They will always have 5 stars. They are sweet. Old school as well

Less than 30 minutes for an inspection from wait time to payment. Extremely professional, great customer service and very efficient. If you’re looking for Ethanol Free gasoline, they have that as well.

Good service. Been getting my cars inspected there for years. They are all polite and get you in and out.

The Station is rare as it offers Ethanol free fuel. For service, it is a bit slow on turnaround. They are very busy, yet they clearly pride themselves on personal relationships and friendly conversations with customers, which cuts down on speed. There's only one point of sale card machine for everyone. If you have the time to wait a while, I think this little Station is a great option for fuel and service.

Joey charged me $95 for an oil change. I asked why and he said he used the manufacturers suggested oil. $75!! The past few times it’s been $50. I’m going back to try and get my money back right now. I feel cheated and mistreated. Don’t bring your car here! Untrustworthy!!!!

Good customer service but will charge you an extra $10.00 on your NC inspection if you have tinted windows no matter how dark or light never been charged that before anywhere won’t go back.

highly highly HIGHLY recommend Butch’s. They had my car done within two days. Considering we had no idea what was wrong with it, they got it done much quicker than we anticipated and much cheaper than we were thinking. Without asking or charging us, they fixed my windshield wiper hose and even filled it up with fluid. Thanks for everything! ?
