Barclay and his wife waited three hours after closing for my father and I to arrive from the airport and pick up my dream car. Their excellent communication and the information they provided about the vehicle made purchasing with them extremely easy, you can tell how much they care not only about their business, but their customers and the experience they’ll have as well. I’m so glad I flew up from Florida to have the pleasure of meeting and doing business with these amazing people! Thank you again for all of the assistance and care you’ve provided for me and my family!

Bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot. Very satisfied with my purchase. The husband and wife owners are great people very honest and upfront and will go out of their way to make sure you get a quality vehicle. I would recommend this small dealership to anybody looking for a good used vehicle! I will definitely be going back to them again for another vehicle in the future.

Words can’t even describe how mad I am right now, called them about a Corvette, said they would try to financed it, got approved for it to be financed was going to Sign the papers this afternoon, I get a call this morning from the financing place saying they sold it to someone else and they are picking it up at 11. Wasted my time.

Wow, what a fantastic experience purchasing our 'new' used 2008 Impala from Barclay's. Both Jennie and Barclay are so sweet. We spent a lot of time getting to know each other. We have found new friends. If we are ever in the need again for a used car, we're going to see Barclay and Jennie. Highly recommend y'all checking out Barclay's Motors!

I flew down from Minnesota to North Carolina to buy an 05' Mazda Miata from these folks. They offered to pick me up from the airport. I got to their dealership and was immediately in love with the miata. After all of the paperwork was finalized, I went to drive it home and noticed a missfire and it being down on power after driving for a while.They drove nearly 100 miles to where I was to troubleshoot and fix the problem. They even offered to give me my money back (even though I had already signed the as-is paperwork). The problem ended up just being a bad spark plug. They searched all over town to find me the spark plug and a coilpack, then got to me and installed it. They even paid for a full set of plugs and coilpacks for me. We tested the car for a while and it was good to go, literally driving like it was brand new. Mr. Barclay told me he was very sorry, told me to call him if ANYTHING was amiss, and I went on my way. They called to check in repeatedly to make sure I was getting home ok (it was a 1500 mile drive). The car was, and still is a literal dream, and these people were so kind. They literally made me feel like family. It was just an unlucky bad spark plug and I could tell they would've done anything to make sure I was on my way and happy. The car is perfect, and even during the issue on my way home, I knew they would help me.If you're considering buying a car in North Carolina, head to Barclay's Motors. They wont do you wrong. If all dealerships were like this, nobody would ever end up with a bad car. I would make the trip there again if I ever need another car. They're great people running a great family owned dealership. They deserve your business. 5 stars isn't enough. I'd give them 10.

I had a great experience with a recent truck purchase 12/2021 from Barclay's Motors in Conover, NC. Barclay and Jennie run a great family owned business, were both professional and pleasant to work with, and provided a good vehicle and a good price. They get 5 stars from me, and I would purchase a vehicle from them again. Thank you Barclay and Jennie for your helpfulness and great service!

My son purchased a vehicle at Barkley's . I have to say what a wonderful family run business. Barkley shared with us all the pertinent information about the vehicle plus him and his wife treated my son with respect and worked with him the best they could.
