I do have to say the Nathan and the ladies up front couldn't have been nicer! Very good communication in explaining the process and exactly what was going on with my vehicle. “Rodney came out to me and had me taken care of in under 2 hours when no one else was available till late that day.. he even gave me options for the repair, and gave me the prices for each one before we got really into it... I was leaking Def fluid from the filter housing and we found that the o ring was bad on it... So he gave me the option to just do the oring or to change the whole thing. Since we didn't know if that was the only reason it was leaking... I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and I have passed their number on to my company to give them more options in this area. Thank you Rodney I had a great experience from the time I made the call till the time you left me whole...”

“Headed to Asheville from Charlotte for Labor Day weekend on Friday at 1:45pm the car started making a grinding noise before we got on I-40. Thank goodness for these guys. We stopped by and the guys were able to get us in, assessed, parts ordered and replaced. Got new back roaters and brakes for a fair price. Would consider driving 45 mins from home to come have these guys work on our cars. Great shop.”
