For several weeks our mail has been folded/smashed/ and stuffed in our mailbox. We have had items bent, broke and gifts destroyed. Today it was our pictures and ornaments made from pictures. When is this going to stop! If someone can not do their job replaces them!

We get packages all the time. All of a sudden I am having to go to the post office to pick packages up. 2 was supposed to be delivered today. There was a note in the mailbox said they couldn't deliver because of blocked entryway. Their is no block, was home at this time. I am tired of going to the post office to get things. I would have a mailbox there if I wanted to do that. If employees can't do their jobs you need to get someone that can. Sorry service!

Delivers my mail every day. All of the sudden, 3 out of 4 NIKE packages cannot be delivered because "cannot access delivery location" ?? Employee in USPS stated he cannot locate my packages BUT ensures that it was delivered but not marked in system, even when I informed him multiple times it HAS NOT been delivered or I wouldn't be calling. Still and only said he can't find my packages and to call whoever I ordered from. Make it make sense. Delivers every day to the same address but can't access my location with 3 packages of Nike Products? FISHY.

The information given when something comes up missing is very incomplete. My mail is stolen on the regular because the delivery times are all over the place.

I ordered some stuff on amazon and the package was suppose to arrive on a Saturday around noon. Around 1pm, I get a notification from amazon that stated “I have requested to pick up at my local usps”….. This place closes at 10:30am on a Saturday. A few weeks before this, I also ordered a foldable mattress which also arrived at usps, then gets shipped to South Carolina and took 3 days to get sent back here. I don’t mind my packages arriving late but I’m getting a sense of laziness and careless mistakes repeatedly happening to my orders. You guys deserve a 1 star.

My husband and I complained several times. About our packages not being delivered. And there always being an excuse that's untrue. I'm going to write a letter of formal complaint against them.

Can’t get a local number for the post office Iin Connelly Springs to make a complaint. Called the eight hundred number and chose the text option instead of waiting on the line for an hour and after three tries, I never received a text to file my complaint. Our female mail carrier quite frequently delivers other people mail to our address and the mail is for other streets. She has been ask not to speed down our driveway and she still continues to speed. She also doesn’t back around in our driveway, instead she drives through our grass and has ruined our grass. She has worn tracks in our yard. I would like to have a new carrier since this female carrier continues to be disrespectful.
