We had always shopped the clearance center in downtown Hickory so this was our first time at the main store. We were out on Black Friday and just decided to pop in to see what they had. We weren’t planning to spend as much as we did, but as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for”. With Connie’s help, we found 2 matching Lazy Boy rocker recliners that were in stock. Check out and setting up delivery we’re painless. We were in and out in 30 mins if that long. They set us up for the following Friday and they guy (I think his name was Brandon)called us about an hr or so earlier saying he could come sooner if we wanted. That worked out beautifully for us. They were in and out in about 10 mins if that. Super nice guys. I looked these up online later and we saved between $400-$600 per chair depending on which place you looked at. They are much better quality than the old Ashley ones we had. Those would barely last us a yr. These are far more comfy and come with a lifetime mechanical, spring, and frame warranty.

We recently purchased living room furniture from Lindy’s. They had a huge selection of quality products at reasonable prices. Our sales associate, Barry was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He provided us great communication from purchase to delivery. The delivery staff was phenomenal! They were very professional, helpful, and efficient, also providing top notch communication and service. They took pride in their work. All of our pieces arrived in perfect condition and the delivery staff was very conscientious of doors, walls, floors, and other things in our home. Delivery experience was well worth the delivery fee. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Lindy’s.

Helpful advice on reclining power lift chair for my elderly mother. There was a charge for delivery and they do not offer haul away service for replaced furniture. Delivery team was prompt, professional and friendly. All in all a good experience!

My husband and I had not shopped for furniture for over 20 years. But due to a recent move it was a necessity to begin the furniture shopping experience. We spend a Friday afternoon visiting 10 furniture stores between Hickory and Lenoir. After that afternoon we were so discouraged. The next morning we woke up with a dread of going shopping again. Our first stop that morning was Lindy’s in Connelly Springs, NC. When we pulled in my husband and I said we would love to just find everything there. Turns out that is exactly what happened. We worked with Barry who was more than helpful, answering questions, and showing us options. Working with him an amazing experience and just like we had hoped we found everything we needed in one place. From order to delivery Barry communicated with us on a regular basis the status of our order. Julie was awesome in scheduling the delivery time and the delivery gentleman were prompt on arrival and placed our furniture where we needed it. From beginning to end our experience with Lindy’s was excellent and we highly recommend them if your in the market for furniture.

I came here a couple years ago because I was in the market for bedroom furniture. I absolutely loved this place. They had a wide selection of stuff to look at and choose from. One of the staff members was very helpful and friendly and I got exactly what I wanted. I still use the furniture to this day. Their stuff is very clean and at a decent price. I would definitely recommend going to any Lindys Furniture outlet if you're in the market for furniture.

I have bought a fair amount of furniture at the Hickory and Connelly Springs stores. I’ve never had an issue at the Hickory store but twice now I’ve bought beds that didn’t have the appropriate hardware to put them together at CS! Both times I ended up going back and forth trying to get parts to use and the first time just had to go to a hardware store and get something. The most recent time they sold me a headboard and frame that did not go together (even the guys who delivered my mattress from another store couldn’t get it to work) and after 2 trips to Lindy’s and ordering parts on Amazon, instead of trying to make it right, they said to just bring it back for a full refund. All of the remedy for their mistake has been on me - no help from them. They’ll sell you anything but no customer service if something goes wrong.
