I decided to try this business out to do my 2018 personal tax return. I had to go by the location 5 times to pic them up after I was told they were finished. I received a notice a couple months ago that my taxes were filled out wrong and I owed additional money plus a $53 penalty. OK NP so I paid the extra taxes and penalty. After having my 2018 returns checked by another service and another $20 out of my pocket (I didn't trust ZB at this point) I called ZB up and without asking to see the returns they agreed to mail me a check. That's been three weeks ago. I did get to talk to the owner a week after the first call and was given a good reason it wasn't in the mail but 2 weeks and 2 ignored calls later i'm still waiting and no sign of getting a check. I could easily let it slid but I didn't make the mistake, I got the runaround in 2018 and getting it again. I'd say it's their way of doing business.
