I've had a longtime comfortable stay at this location with my 6 year old daughter who's afraid of dogs and even she has been happy with her stay. No complaints with the dogs and the building isn't smelly (I will not stay at a filthy place) and the outside is cleaned faithfully I know because I watch the worker cleaning up others trash daily from my room window.I've enjoyed this location better than others I've stayed at because they are on top of their cleanliness and I'm on top of mine. I maintain the cleanliness of my room because I know how I like my things. The main areas are also very clean the halls smells fresh and I'll give an extra star for the windows slightly opening for fresh air. You don't get that at other locations. The staff have been amazing with my daughter and I and in some cases they have been patient with me and I would give them the same respect in return. If there's something I didn't upstand at the beginning of my stay they've politely explained it to me.We're able to change out our dirty laundry daily I choose to clean my own. I do love the fact that we can pick up clean laundry during working hours. Yes they use gloves and baskets while collecting DIRTY laundry which is understandable. My only no no is the laundry room and I'm not sure if it falls on them or not but the dryers doesn't dry well for the price so I go to a convenient laundry and the problem solved. For all the negative complaints I see and don’t quite understand it's not always others that's the problem it's how we deal and interact with others as humans.Oh, lastly this place feels very safe and has been safe for my stay, and I love that mostly men work the front desk because anyone isn't getting through those doors. They are serious about safety and protection of the guests and I appreciate that. A worker is apparently on call for after hours because I've came in late once and needed a card to get in and after making a call someone was there in less than 5 minutes. The bathroom light will turn off after leaving it on without use but it has never turned off on me while I'm showering or doing anything else in there and I do take long meditative showers at times.Ok, I think I'm done....lolGreat stay, great wifi, great place, great staff, great location.Rooms: Nice, clean, cozy, windows open Slightly, bed is easy to move if you want to change position of bed, and it's comfy. Kitchen storage is a plus.Safety: Feels very safe and has been safe since my stay.Walkability: There's a Greenway across the street for Nature lovers.Food & drinks: Many restaurants and store are in walking distance.Noteworthy details: With the thermostat being by the stove it will pickup that it's hotter in the room then kick on the cool air so I turn it off while cooking. I love to be warm if you love to be cooler than it's not a problem.

Horrible place. Only stayed as long as I did because my reservation was paid up a couple of months. Ghetto and stinks. AND apparently it's ok to smoke in your room until you catch the main office guy David in a compromising situation. I was at the McDonald's 2 blocks away eating my food and happen to look over. What did I see? Someone had their head in an old white mans lap. Yup it was David from the office. And I'll let you use your imagination as to what he was doing. Next day I get a smoking in my room fee..coincidence? Will never go back. Also had my truck broken into and things missing from my room. Stay at your own risk.

First off let me say that the hotel room that I was in was great looking have everything that a person would need. The reason why I had gave it a three was for a few reasons. Customer service is a big issue to me and I felt that there was no customer service at all. Not only when I check in just in general the whole staff always have on a mad face like they piss off at sumthin. When I had called the front desk for some towels and etc instead of them having someone bring it up to my room the guy had told me that I would have to come down and get it which I was very confused by that. House keeping only come around only when you check out not while you're staying there. I had left $15 for house keeping as a tip once they get done cleaning up my room once I got back my room look the same and the $15 was still sitting there. Compare to any other hotels they will greet you and also have someone bring your towels up to your room. The main issue to me was the mad face like they didn't want to be at work or sumthin. Not sure what kind of beds they had but I'm a small guy and as I lay down they bed would always move. Last but not least I had to fight off roaches like 9 of them crawling all over me while I was sleep that is not cool at all not on the first night nor anynight.

I reserved an accessible room over a month in advance and called and confirmed twice that I would have an accessible shower. When we arrived the evening before my surgery they did not have an accessible room for me! Their charge card machine also was not working and asked me to pay in cash for my 2 week stay. Told them I couldn’t do that and then they wanted a copy of my drivers license and credit card!! We couldn’t stay in the room they offered us because I needed handicapped room. We had to scramble and find another hotel for our needs. This was very anxiety producing as I had scheduled surgery early the next morning. Luckily we were able to find something in downtown Charlotte. We were very angry and frustrated.

Hotel is a true joke. Don’t request for anything after 8pm! Ask for anything extra they will say no. Towels? Uhm you’ll have to give them back dirty towels just to get clean ones. Like I’m so confused how it’s an extended stay hotel. Worked in hospitality for over 10 years and have never encountered such low service and accommodation.

My entire stay from check-in to check-out, went smoothly. The staff; Brandon, David, Cam, Amber, Gianni, and housekeeping staff were very professional, courteous, responsive, and helpful. Location was close to the speedway as well as concord Mills Mall, and plenty of access to restaurants, and airport. The rooms were renovated, and always cleaned and love the amenities that came with it. The hotel being dog friendly ( with a fee of course) was great to have without the worry of having to separate from my 4 legged friend. The internet is available ( with a fee) but still available if needed. The security access to the building was appreciated as non-guest would need access from receptionists or guest staying at hotel. There is paid laundry on site. The discounted prices helped for long stays, and so, with all that being said, I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay multiple times if need be.Thank you all for a great stay, It was truly appreciated.

I was here from October until January. Amber is very nasty (rude) and unprofessional! I never got my room clean by housekeeping . The days I would work late nights I wouldn’t be able to get in because my key would not work and I was stuck outside . If it’s after 9/10 they will not answer the phone even for emergency ! You will just be out of luck until the next morning , I even had to call the police for help and they just don’t answer late night for nobody and it’s suppose to be 24/7 . The laundry facility is not the best ! Brandon if you meet him , he a cool dude . David gave helpful advice as well . If the property get a new manager I see a lot of potential . I meet some really good people during my stay and hope they all prosper. ?

The front desk is only open from 8am-10pm. If you come after 10pm they will not check you in and you will have to go somewhere else because they do not answer their phone and if they do answer, they hang up. The room was dirty, and soap, dishes, utensils, etc was not provided. The concierge guy, David, was clearly on drugs. He was not making sense when checking us in and acting oddly. He had glossed over eyes and a long pinky nail…He was rude and insulted us when we asked questions. This place is unbelievable, don’t waste your time and money here. Also, it feels unsafe. He gave us a talk on safety, and there are three doors that lock just to enter to the elevator.

Room is supposed to come with kitchen utensils. It doesn't! Front desk kid was RUDE when I asked. Kids running around the hotel and laying around in the hallways. Beautiful hotel and ghetto at the same time! Grateful I got a towel and washrag with my room!

Staff including managers were professional and friendly . The rooms are new and up to date. I love that they keep the hotel clean as a whole. Being a brand new hotel I loved the fact that I was the first to stay in my room. I was pleased and it was a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

WoodSpring Suites has been a lifesaver! Brandon came to the rescue and accommodated my girlfriend and I when we moved to North Carolina. He made sure we were taken care of and had the best rates! Speaking of rates, they are the best bang-for-your buck, hands down! If you're doing weekly stays, I highly recommend! Full-sized fridge and dog-friendly! Thank you, Brandon! Thank you WoodSpring!
