Fix the store hours if you’re not going to be open when posted. Drove 30 min to come, didn’t open at 10 as posted, waited and didn’t open at 11 either. Ridiculous

I came in looking for an evening gown for a wedding and while the selection was great, it was very time consuming going through the racks. They were so stuffed full of dresses you couldn’t pull one out without it being tangled in other dresses. A ton of the dresses I tried on were dirty, straps, zippers or hooks broken/missing.

13/ 14 year old Boys in the women's dressing room.The staff never addressed them, when they saw them in the dressing room with the teen girls.The teen boys and girls inside of one dressing room were distributing the customers by making them feel uncomfortable while trying try on different clothing.

I was there last minute shopping and I had to try on a lot of dresses, Gianna was very kind and patient with me. She did not rush me and let me take my time. She checked me out even when the store was already closed . Thank you Gianna for your service

DO NOT go here!!!! I left one of my bags from a previous purchase with $40 worth of Victoria's Secret merchandise on the checkout counter by accident and I am fairly certain the employee stole it not to mention this employee had an extremely poor attitude. I realized and returned to the store within 20 minutes and asked for camera footage but was not allowed to see it. I was contacted the next day and was told by the store manager who said she watched the footage and tried to place the blame on my best friend for taking the bag. I will never go to this store again and cannot believe my experience.
