It was recommended by my co-worker to reach out to this location for any car repairs and NC inspection and I did visited today.
For NC Inspection, In and Out in less than 10 minutes during my lunch time. Amazing service and staff is super friendly and welcoming. Loved their service. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended.

Highly aggressive owner, inconsistent inspection policies depending on tech. Horrendous service and a serious vibe that he wanted to fight me. I am so sorry my car wasn't legal. It is not your place as a business owner to become inappropriately rude with a return customer because you don't agree with them. If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review, I would.

I went in and asked for oil change, and had my Ford Bronco key on the counter. Technician looked up and said “Are you the driving the Bronco? We can’t do an oil change because Ford hasn’t released the oil filter…” Left, and went down the road to different company. When I showed up there, I asked for an oil change and explained that Wil-Mar had just told me that the oil filter is not released, they looked up my vehicle and informed me that they had the filter there and could do my oil change. They also informed me that my filter is the same as nearly every other Ford, and that the oil filter that hasn’t been released is used in maybe 5,000 vehicles world wide, and my vehicle is not one of them. Seems odd that Wil-Mar would be the only ones not to have an oil filter suited for my Bronco. Service was excellent elsewhere.
