Set an appt to make a savings account @1pm they cancel my appt without even letting me know I get there and they tell me to come back at 2:30 first of all waste of gas and if you want me to be a customer at least give good customer service. Literally sick not everyone has all day to revolve around you I know she only did that because she was going on lunch

Wanted to open another business account today, only 2 customer inside 5 employee. Maybe just this branch or maybe because it was lunch time, Was told can't help to make appointment understaffed. DONT MAKE SENSE will been closing my personal and other business account soon moving Bank of America or Truist.

Usually pretty ggo. However, it's Monday, at 430 pm and they aren't open. Guess "banker hours" is a real thing. Maybe change the hours of operation to reflect when you actually operate.

Worst bank ever. A banker told me I could not change a check cause it was not a Wells Fargo Check? Rude and unprofessional.

Thumbs up this review to warn other customers - I was a customer back when they were Wachovia - a customer of TWENTY YEARS. Their customer service has been downsized and outsourced into oblivion...completely terrible. It took a week to add my business account, and once set up, I sent a wire transfer. They flagged the wire for fraud and didn't send it. Eight days later, 5 calls, 4+ hours on hold, and I've finally had enough of this bank. It extends to the branches as well. I tried to get a simple notary signature - it was a 2+ hour wait and nothing! Banks that provide such poor customer service shouldn't be in business! It's beyond awful, it's epic incompetence!

Almost opened an account but instead you lost thousands because of bad customer service. Wells Fargo lost a big customer for life because employees are rude.

Stopped by the Wells Fargo branch today at 400 Ashdale Ct Concord, like I do most months to get a money order on my account. The window teller, whom was very rude and unprofessional stated they stopped doing money orders at window to keep from holding up line and they had only been doing it because of COVID. First I was the only one in line at 9 am in morning and COVID is still on going last I check. So I went inside and two teller, one happen to be a manager were helping people, I waited the manager finished first and as I walked up to window she walked off and never came back, again, unbelievably rude and unprofessional and this is a manager. Marianna the other teller was very helpful and Becky another employee I spoke with to ask to speak to branch manager who was not there was very helpful, I explained my frustration to her and all she could say was sorry. Maybe post no money orders at window, do the first as respect and let client know next time they will need to come in, maybe be polite, or maybe just don't hire lazy people and promote them on top of that. I emailed the branch manager we will see if he calls, even opened my account at this branch. My Wells Fargo days may be numbered.When did service become the client is there to service the employee???

Bankers are not here working had to wait, when finally attended the bank lady said she has appointments and could only attend me if it is something quick. Horrible service here.

Made and appointment almost a week ahead to open an account for my daughter. Called the morning of the appointment and was told they don't have me on the calendar. Waisted my time planning. Been thinking of switching for a while. I think this just made my mind up

I have had great experiences at this location. The staff is wonderful to work with. I usually deal with Andrea and Jennifer and both go above and beyond. I just wish the lobby would open back up so I could go inside and do my transactions. I hate the drive thru. It takes way too long and too much back and forth with information. It is actually faster to go inside even if there is a short line.

Called yesterday to see if I could get a temporary card becuase my account had been hacked and they canceled my card. The lady told me to call in the morning to see if the banker could squeeze me in inbetween appointments. So I called this morning and had the displeasure of speaking to Melissa. Who was very sassy in informing me, that there was no way for me to come in today, that I could in Monday. Didn't even take the take to go ask or look at a schedule. I have been with wellsfargo for years and never had such bad customer service.

The employees at this bank are very professional. They take pride in acknowledging you quickly when you enter the building. The drive thru also runs pretty smoothly. They always have several customer service reps in their offices waiting to assist you with your account needs. I like everything about this location except the parking lot! LOL
