Usually pretty ggo. However, it's Monday, at 430 pm and they aren't open. Guess "banker hours" is a real thing. Maybe change the hours of operation to reflect when you actually operate.

I was greeted immediately and they were fully staffed unlike other banks in the area. Print and friendly service. It's really hard to find excellent customer service nowadays so this was a nice experience.
