I saw all the bad reviews and expected a terrible experience . QUITE the OPPOSITE! The staff was very courteous and the branch manager went above and beyond to help me out with a family situation. I’m not a Wells customer and yet they treated me like a family member . Great job team !

I been with Wells Fargo for years, was such a good bank vs others, but lately their service is awful, under staff, in special this location, I went in there, 3 people in line, no tellers taking care of the customers, inside, (by the front), only one teller taking care of the line on the DT, a lady who was in line with me asked someone who passed behind the counter if anyone was taking care of the customers inside, she said yes but they were busy, I don't know how busy they can be, I don't know what is going on behind the counter, but at least someone needs to be taking care of customers while other tasks are going on, bad business,, of course
my transaction was not that important for the employees, I guess, but it was for me, I don't have millions at Wells Fargo, but my pennies make dollars and so on, thinking seriously to switch banks.

I arrived at this drive thru at 4:59 and sent a check with my debit card up the chute to the teller. 2 minutes later, don't know her name (Hispanic lady), told me they were closed and pulled the curtain down in the window. So I now park and try to go in. Doors are locked at 5:05. I'm pounding on the door, because they've got my check and debit card. So many things here. If you're going to close, disable the ability to send checks and docs in, and a simple check deposit is all this was. The laziness and absolute zero respect for the customer is ridiculous, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised from reading the other comments here.

Staff is excellent but they are always understaffed. Usually only one teller working with a long line of customers. Staff always seems overwhelmed. I go in about once a week and always same experience.... Slow

I retired from Wachover Bank after 34 years and continue banking with Wells Fargo since 1970. In all my years I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been trying to add a new signature on our accounts for over a month. I have made trips to the Wilmer Branch sent e-mails to the Branch Manager ( Ebony McGhee) who has never had the courtesy to answer my e-mail. As a last resort I find it necessary to close our accounts. Also, I would like to register a formal complaint.

DO NOT make any cash deposits at this bank. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! .I tried to make a deposit last week and the machine took hundreds of dollars. I had to file a claim,. When I called the claims department a week later my claim was still waiting on que. These are difficult times to be playing with peoples money like this. Will never be coming to this atm again, unless you record yourself making the deposit it’s free ground for this bank to steal from people.

Was at Wells Fargo yesterday at Church St branch. Worst customer service ever! The administrative person I was speaking to told me to Be Quiet she was speaking and I needed to be quiet. Do not EVER do business with this bank. So disrespectful.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. 4 people catering to one customer while I stand waiting unacknowledged. It’s always like this here. No wonder banks will be a thing of the past soon
