2024 Review: My wife (5’0”) and I are looking for shoes for her and for the life of us we can’t understand the logic behind the following: THE SMALLEST SHOES (which typically fit the SHORTER individuals) ARE LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE RACK WALL WHERE SHORTER INDIVIDUALS WILL HAVE A HARDER TIME REACHING THEM, WHILE THE LARGEST SHOES (which typically fit the TALLER individuals) ARE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RACK WALL WHERE TALLER INDIVIDUALS WILL HAVE TO BEND OVER TO REACH THEM!!! Come on, MANAGEMENT, seriously, consider reevaluating the setup. Thanks!

I've noticed a trend at Walmart lately. Many of the locations are revamping and have their inventory in a disarray. This location wasn't perfect order. Nice work guys!

Had a terrible experience in the electronics section trying to buy a TV, older lady was so busy telling me how no would help me take a 70 inch TV to the front I walked away. She needs customer service training

So typical of Walmart to have you waiting to get something from the locked cabinets right? Well I went to buy spray paint today and I pressed the button on the shelf for assistance 3 times before someone came to help me in the mist of that I tried to get help from an associate whom I explained that I had been waiting for a bit he came over and clicked the button and said “ah see it wasn’t clicked, just wait” I said I did that. But it stopped blinking and he said you just gotta wait .. 20 mins later I’m still waiting. It shouldn’t take this much of an effort from the customer to get any type of assistance in the store. Let alone buddy being rude.

This review is for online ordering - don't do it. The app usually does not work, the phone number on the signs is wrong, and no one will answer any of the other phone numbers. It is impossible to check in and you have to go in to find someone. I have tried 5 or 6 times and I give up.

STAY AWAY!! Awful store with dreadful staff. Walmart should really hire better staff in this location! Had several bad experinecs with staff when you ask them for help. Went to get a bike and asked for help to pull out a bike from the rack. The lady rudely says and I quote "What do you even want to see the bike for?" - I mean, is she for real? She then continued to scorn at me because I asked for help. She kept cribbing that I wanted to check out the bike. When I managed to get some help finally, a different staff member visibly gasped at me twice for trying out their bikes. He said and I quote "oh my god, I gotta put these back again" - and threw his arms up in the air... what???? He was so mad that I was trying a couple bikes. How else do you decide to get the right one? They made me feel so uncomfortable and guilty for being there. Such arrogant and rude people. Hideous to say the least. Never going back.

Called pharmacy for a prescription for my wife....lady was very unhelpful. I asked her to check and see if the pharmacy had the medicine...of course she did not....terrible service...
