I frequent this Walmart. They have made several upgrades to this store. Certainly a lot more self checkouts - enough that you don't have to wait. They carry less options to choose from. If you are looking for dog biscuits for example, I had a choice between well regular biscuits. The grocery store carries more of a selection than Walmart...I didn't think I would ever have to say that. My experience this morning was the employees who are shopping for delivery or curbside were so obtrusive. They did not care if they were blocking the aisle. Not once did they say excuse me. I went to Walmart at 7 AM so it was not busy so these shoppers whole be cognizant of those that have come to the store to shop. I posted a few pictures in my frustration. The photos that I posted will tell the story. The customer has to go around them. No effort made to be courteous. I think customer service training is needed or maybe I just need to shop at another Walmart and hope it's better.

Ever since the renovation, it is one of the nicest Walmart I ever been around Charlotte area. Some area is even similar to Target with the bedding display. Since Concord is a developing area so there are not a lot of thefts right now so there aren't locks everywhere like in Huntersville. So much easier to shop. Maybe I walk into the right time. Everything is stock and organized. They even sell non frozen seafood here. What a surprise

I took my car in for a simple oil change before a long drive - NC to CO. When I got to my destination I noticed a slight oil drip from under the car - where it never had a leak previously. After inspection I found the source of the leak was from around the oil pan bolt. It "looks" as if the oil pan bolt was tightened to the point that either the pan was cracked or threads stripped. And it also "looks" like some sealant was put on it to hide the damage. I called to see if they could offer some assistance with my local Walmart here in Highlands Ranch, CO. and even though the manger was was very nice about it, his solution was for me to bring the car back, to Concord, NC. Although it is a fairly simple repair, because of their poor performance, which could have killed my motor, I now have to spend more money and time to replace the pan and the oil.

Three stars because they have recently renovated the store and it looks great! Looks better for sure and I see they've gotten lots of new things in, including new brands of clothing, without upping prices that much which is great!! They also got their cheap graphic tees back finally!!!! This makes me happy!!! Can't go over three stars though because it seems like every-time I go to this Walmart, the bathrooms are disgusting and terribly unkept. Not just that, but it also sometimes seems as if self-checkout lines are the only option as they do not have people working cash registers, maybe they have 2 or so at a time, but for how big this place is, there should be many more lines opened. Self checkout lines are great for a quick stop there where you're only grabbing a handful of things. When I am full-on grocery shopping, I don't want to be doing that myself if there are workers and staff there that can do it, since that's the way things used to be.

Denver, NC Walmart is the best!! Clean store and friendly associates!! Only Auto Care Center around!! Too bad I live in Charlotte and can drive to it only once a month

Extremely rude staff for no reason. Politely asked them to price-match an item that is sold by Walmart cheaper on the app. Rudely refused to do so and told me I needed to read the fine print. However, it clearly states you can price match items sold by Walmart (not third party sellers) in-store. The associate then processed to shit talk me with another associate afterwards.

Likely the 2nd worst Walmart I've ever seen. Most of the staff is rude and act like jerks to you for no reason. Such bad attitudes and when you ask for help, they act like you insulted them in the most offensive way. I don't expect to be treated like family, but at least have some decency.

Worst one in the area its dirty the carts/ buggies are in bad shape it takes 3 to find a decent one.Some of the customer service people are mean and nasty try and avoid returning anything here,there was a nice friendly guy but sadly I think he's gone.It dirty the cashiers are nice my family calls this one the ghetto walmart I won't go there but it needs proving

I came up here 3 times to the auto center in the past week to get my oil change. Each time I came they said they are not doing oil changed (today) . When I called nobody wanted to answer the phone. As well as a lady being rude the 2nd time I came up there. I drove about 26mins each Time. I will be talking to the store mange

I sat in pickup for 30 minutes and no one came out before it started pouring rain. Someone tried to give me someone else's stuff even. I won't be coming back here.

Waited so long for nothing!!! I needed help for the craft side and I try asking like 3 people and they just call to the speaker and no one will still come in and help me. Tired of waiting that I walk out.

I'm not a big fan of shopping, so I use Walmart online ordering and pick up service; I have even used the service where they deliver groceries to your house and if it's over $35 delivery is free but they like you to tip the driver's. With Walmarts online ordering process if there's an item you ordered and it's not in stock they contact you and ask for your permission to substitute that item with another one similar with equal value or more, so it's a win-win situation. I with my online ordering I met two beautiful women cool very sweet, and friendly win they shop for customers and package the items in the car; The lady that brought my package to me was Shiloh and she's the sweetest person you ever wanna meet, she takes pride in shopping for customers and when she put your groceries in the car she will even take the time to repackage an item that may be broken or damaged in transit (ie; eggs, bread, butter). I wish there was a way to request the shopper we want to shop for us because I know Shylo or Mrs Kay would shop for me the same way I would shop for myself.

I jokingly call this location, "Dirty Walmart" and today it lived up to that name. What a mess! I gave it a 2 because the cashier was super nice. I didn't get her name. She was on terminal# SC011199 on 5/13/22.

The prices in the grocery area were at least 20 cents + more than the sticker on the shelf. One item was $2 more.
